We were hoping that the retro menu items started, they didn't, but the crunch wrap supreme was tasty, the potatoes and beans that I ordered as sides hit the spot. The staff were friendly.Helpful and even though it was late they took time to explain things about the menu. We had not been at a Taco Bell in years.

My husband and I ate at this establishment yesterday evening and was very disappointed. First of all the lady that I'm assuming is the manager seemed put out because she had to wait on us. After taking our order we had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. When we finally got out food it was cold. The couple next to us experienced the same thing. I will never go back to the Taco Bell in Lampasas ever again.
All I got was bean and cheese burritos. I couldn't tell if there was cheese and there were some onions in it. Also, the biggest thing is that the beans were slightly cold, which is not good to eat.

Disappointing Service Experience at Taco Bell, Lampasas
I recently visited the Taco Bell location [lampasas,tx] and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service. Despite having 4 employees inside, I waited for an extended period to place my order, and no one acknowledged me or even bothered to answer the counter. The lack of attention and care from the staff was astonishing. It seemed like they were more interested in online orders than attending to customers at dine in. I was the only one in dine in so most probably that’s why they don’t care at all. The food at Taco Bell is usually great, but the poor service experience overshadowed my appetite. I hope the management takes note of this incident and trains their staff to provide better customer service. The worse experience in this Taco Bell in Lampasas,tx. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
