Good food, good service, and they're always busy, so obviously the locals like them. Staff is gracious and on top of things. However, they've got a fly problem. Been here 7 or 8 times now, and there's always flies buzzing and dive bombing.

This place is an absolute joke every single time I come here they screw up an order. Tonight I come in it’s literally 10:56pm to order a breakfast taco and was told come back in 4 minutes that they were not prepared. Are you kidding me 4 minutes hell by the time it would take to order the meal it would have taken 4 minutes and I still would have had to wait 10+ minutes to even get the food. No worries went across the street to McDonald’s that had me food in less than 3 minutes. Will not be returning to this place.

I travel from Weatherford TX to Blanco often but just noticed the a newer Whataburger in Lampasas and decided to swing by upon my return trip. I'm sure glad I did! I was in a bit of a hurry so I used the drive thru and was wowed by the great service! I had to use a $50 to pay so I wasn't sure they'd have change and asked the young man (Aiden) at the window. With the assistance of the manager, Malorie they were able to handle it with no complaint. The young man was wearing a bow tie and was so very courteous and kind. His name plate was not quite visible so I made a point to ask his name name because I was so impressed with him manners! I pulled up and waited what seemed like only a few minutes. When my food arrived it was hot and very good but I think it seemed all the better because of the great service! It left me with such a great feeling, I actually pulled over at rest stop before getting home and called and spoke with the manager and told her she was obviously doing a great job of training and asked he to please thank the young man for me and tell him what an impression he's making! Because I was treated so well, I will be sure to stop in next trip and check out the interior and enjoy the respectful treatment and great food!

I was overcharged for my meal. The menu stated one amount and I was charged another. I was overcharged on both my meals. When I brought the issue up with the worker they couldn’t clarify anything. This is very unprofessional and a robbery to the customers. Although it was a difference of .50 to a dollar, it’s very unethical.

Went thru around 2ish. Busy with a steady line of cars. Ordered the jalapeno burger combo. Burger was good, but the fries were not fresh. Surprising given the fact they were so busy. Maybe the key is to request freshly cooked fries..? Disappointed.

I ordered pancakes and bacon this morning and it took 20 minutes to get only 3 pancakes with no butter or syrup. Now I'm at work with no way to go anywhere to get it fixed. There was no reason for it to have taken that long to get it wrong. Won't be going back!

Stopped at this location to have Whataburger for the first time in 5 years as I haven't been to Texas in a long time. The gentleman who took my order recommended the patty melt and it did NOT disappoint. Food was excellent, service was quick and very friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I made a late night stop for food after a quick rescue of my spouse & it hit the spot. Everything was fresh, flavorful & the staff were wonderfully patient.
I just wanted to leave a quick review! tonight my daughters went in and they were greeted with a very sweet boy named Anderson. He helped them at the counter and again at the drive when my oldest decided to order coffee as well. We appreciate your service and kindness Anderson!

This did not happen to me, however I am disgusted at the fact that this happened to a family member, and nothing was done by Management. My family had visited very recently to grab something to eat and my mother had tripped over the carpet in the front lobby. Not only did she trip and fall on the floor she also managed to land on top of my little brother. NO ONE checked on my family to make sure she was okay, (mind you she is disabled) not a single soul, employee, OR Manger checked in to make sure they were okay. That is absolutely disgusting, especially for a small town I grew up in. Shame on the General Manager, management team, and employees for not at the VERY LEAST checking in on your customers when things like this happen. I am so very grateful I was not there or else Managers would have had to deal with Me. I will NEVER recommend this place or spend my money there again.
