Food at this place is good but the customer service is terrible. I ordered food today 5/7/2024 and the lady that answered told me to hold but I could still hear her. She was attending other people laughing and talking to them. i waited for 5 minutes until she finally decided to answer. I tried to give her my order but she kept taling over me. So i asked her to stop talking over me so I could give her my order and it would not be wrong. So a co-worker went to pick up and brought back and to my suprise the order was wrong!! I called and this very unprofessional guy answered. Tried to explain the situation and he was so unbothered by the inconvience like oh really who cares attitude. So this upset me and I raised my voice and he was like ok Linda La Gritona. I was like WTF...how dare you. He was like everyone makes mistakes and I was like your right but not after reapating my order to her 3 times. So finally my co worker went to pick up the "CORRECT" order and again to my suprise the order was still wrong. To the owner please get better staff. People like him will ruin your business.

This place is straight trash!!!!I placed a doordash order for enchiladas and a taco salad. Everything was a nightmare. The enchiladas looked like vomit, nothing like the picture. The taco salad had ground meat that looked like it had been sitting for days. I was mortified. Ain’t no way a place should be serving the public food like that. I had to get a full refund for my order plus the order was missing items. The food looked so bad I’m afraid if it would’ve been ate somebody would be in the hospital with food poisoning. You’d be wise to not eat here. Save your money and your stomach
Service was quick and the young lady was patient while we decided what to order. They have a vast menu of options which is nice. The place isn't that big but there is seating if you'd like to eat there. Also noticed they offered flamin hot Cheetos elotes which I plan on getting next time because I will be back. We ordered the birria and carne asada tacos, fries and churros to go. Birria tacos: 8/10 as you can see from the picture, these were so fresh and delicious. I would've liked a little more flavor in the consume'. I think red onions would have enhanced the flavor. Fries: 8.5/10 could tell these were cooked to order and loved they seasoned them with seasoning salt and not just plain salt - that really put a little umph into them. Carne asada tacos: 7.5/10 Nice portion (ordered 4) and were cooked well but could've used a little more flavor/seasoning. The salsas definitely helped with the flavor. Churros: 8.5/10 very fresh, cooked to order and were coated perfectly. The caramel filling was just the right amount of sweet.

Customer service is horrible. The wait time is horrible. The owner is the worst and very unprofessional.Instead of apologizing for the wait time he tells me it could have been longer. He said this in front of other customers. He did not care. I have reported him to door dash. What owner will say bye Felicia. How old are you?
