We come when we’re in town and contrary to everyone else’s review we actually enjoy the AI automated voice taking the order. This time we ordered the family pack of chicken tenders and the food was okay. Chicken was kind of cold and the fries were not the best. The macaroni and dirty rice were actually good so it wasn’t a complete fail. I will give kudos and staff they’re very helpful and sweet when I had questions about some additional items on the menu.

We were excited to try a brand new fast food place. This is a horrible version of Popeyes. There is an AI computer that takes your order incorrectly. Then when you get to the window, they were out of Pepsi and milkshakes. The fries were literal salt sticks even coming from someone who puts extra salt on everything. The chicken was almost all breading and the Mac and cheese was watery. Not a single thing was good about this place. Go to Popeyes, you’ll be happy you did.

A group of friends and I decided to try bojangles, this was my first time. Upon arrival the side door was locked which we thought was weird because it was 10am on a Saturday. We went to the main door that was open. My bf and I ordered our food and we still had 3 more people who had yet to order. It wasn’t after we ordered that we were told it was going to be a wait on the biscuits because they were severely short staffed. At first, I didn’t mind- it happens and because I also worked in the food industry before. We weren’t told how long it would be so we decided to sit down. More people kept coming in, there were two people working the cash register- a boy and a girl. None of them would acknowledge the people coming in. They would look at them but go back into the kitchen without warning them of the wait. They would once in a while say “we’ll be with you in a second” just to never come back nor, tell them it was a wait. Mind you, I still have 3 people who have yet to order. The only people getting their orders first were door dashers which is fair. However, I then realized there were people in the drive thru that came after us and were getting their orders immediately. At that point I was getting frustrated because we’ve been waiting for 45 mins for our food. I could’ve gotten a refund but my bf is more patient than I am and the group settled on eating there. It’s the fact that the staff didn’t tell drive thru that there was a wait or that there were people inside who ordered first and needed to push our food out first. I don’t know if this is maybe how all bojangles handles a rush? Or short staff? But I found it rude that we had to wait almost an HOUR to get our food. It was very unprofessional and should be addressed in case this were to happen again.

HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED. A WASTE OF MONEY. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. HECK, I PROBABLY WOULDN'T TAKE IT IF IT WAS FREE. I SPENT OVER $15 ON A LARGE CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO. HALF OF THE DRINK WAS MISSING. HALF OF THE FRIES WERE MISSING PLUS THEY WERE CHILD AND HARD. I PAID FOR TOMATOES... THEY WERE MISSING... AND, THE CHICKEN FOR THE CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS MISSING TOO. I ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH AND ONLY RECEIVED SIX DOLLARS AS A REFUND. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. I MEAN DON'T EVEN ORDER A CUP OF WATER.

Came here for the first time and had a great experience. Customer service was awesome, they even let us taste test the tenders before buying. Delicious food would come here certainly again! Would also recommend!

My family and I came to this location at 8:35 nobody came to take our order until 20 minutes had passed by. The cashier told us that she wasn’t taking anymore orders in the lobby and told us to go through drive thru. Keep in mind we had already been in there for 20 minutes and nothing was said to us. There was also a door dasher in there that had walked in with us and he was the only one they acknowledged.

Got the 5 piece tender combo BO sized, with a BO berry shake & two BO berry biscuits. Probably the best chicken pot I've had in a while. I'd say it's a better version of Popeyes

First time stopping here to get a bite to eat and I was not disappointed! I got a sausage, egg and cheese combo. My biscuit sandwich was so delicious. The biscuit was buttery and had a little crisp on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. The sausage could have been a tad thicker but was amazing with the cheese and egg. Nothing over powered the other in taste. The tea was sweet but not over sweet. Last but not least the hash rounds were yummy but for my taste I wish they could have been a little more crispy. My husband got a spicy chicken combo and said it was amazing! We will definitely be back because my food was delicious and the service was amazing.

Thought I’d try the Bo’s chicken biscuit with hash browns and was very disappointed with the chicken. It was too thick, tough and greasy. Only took two bites and trashed it. The hash browns were good but that will be my last time visiting any Bojangles. Kept thinking I could have gone to Chik fil-A and actually enjoyed a delicious meal.
