I was really excited to try this place. I ordered 3 breakfast biscuits and fried rounds. Waited about 25 mins. I thought I give then a break and just wait. My son started complaining what was taking so long. When I finally did get my order it was cold, except the fried rounds.

My husband purchased dinner from this restaurant to only find a long piece of hair baked into the biscuit. We called and spoke to a manager just for them to offer us the nasty food again. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This place is very disgusting, rude employees and limited supplies. No one wears a hair net, cap or even have their hair up to prevent any contamination. We will be contacting corporate and the health department.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My family and me went today, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER! We had just gotten out of church so we were pretty hungry! Took like 15 min JUST to take our order, and about 40min MORE for us to get our food, and it was rushed because I went to go ask for it and that’s the only way I got it. We sat down started eating, but they didn’t have NO NAPKINS !!! Such a health violation!! my son dropped his drink and they didn’t have napkins so I couldn’t really clean it, I told the staff about the incident and they gave me a really nasty look and said they didn’t have a mop. We end ended up packing up and taking it home. When we get home I start eating my food and 2/5 of my tenders were RAW! My kids were eating them, and their tenders could have been raw also. The ranch was so bad! And their “secret sauce” made me puke. Now I have horrible food poisoning.

Always enjoyed the spices they use in their hand breaded tenders, and as far as fast food goes, the best dirty rice I've had in a long time.
Came to this lancaster location at 9:45PM there were two workers outside just hanging out on the table at the back of building. Starting ordering my food then the girl on the intercom said they didn't have any chicken tenders or sandwiches. How is that possible at a chicken place. Makes no sense or could have this just been laziness.

Excellent customer service and very accommodating. Went there right before closing time and didn't know there was a policy regarding what kind of meals they can make after a certain time. Long story short, the girl Janiah went and got her manager and they worked it out for me! Watch out chick-fil-a!
