First of all I ordered 10 fried wings. I got 10 small wing PARTS with sauce spread over them for over $14. Barely passable taste. Not coming back

Food is decent , employees suck especially the owner has absolutely no customer service skills . I was picking an online order and the lady had the boba drink sitting on the counter at least 15 min before she handed it out sitting there ope. With no lid They need to get a health code violation

I just went and ordered 2 #2 philly cheesesteak all the veggies were old there was barely any meat and cheese on it and bread was cold. I was so disappointed i paid $30 never again going.

Service is terrible. Costumer service is horrible. Zero hospitality skills. The manager is so money hungry. Tried to charge me for extra ketchup. Sat with his phone in his front pocket of his shirt recording us and walking circles around us. Messed up all of our orders and read us back exactly what we ordered
1. Asked for no cheese (lactose) and he still put cheese in it
2. Ordered a #4 and he added the wrong sauce and gave extra issues when we told him it was wrong
3. Nun of the veggies were grilled. Questioning if they were even fresh???

1st and last time. The food wasn't bad but the service was horrible. We ordered the 50 wings family meal and they forgot a whole set of wings and fries. Then tried to say they had to wait for the manager to approve them making the wings and fries they forgot to give us, while the manager was shopping in Walmart. Took about an hour to get it right, Overall just a bad experience, not worth it.

The “owner” is always rude and in a rush. She got mad at me for dining in at 9:02 and they close at 10.
