I had an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite the anticipation for a pleasant meal, the service severely fell short of expectations. The wait time for the food extended far beyond reasonable, testing the limits of patience. In an unfortunate turn of events, the situation escalated when I decided that the prolonged wait rendered my appetite and interest void. Seeking a refund seemed the only rational recourse, yet, to my dismay, the establishment refused to acknowledge this request. The refusal was grounded in the pretext that the order was non-refundable, although it never reached my table. This experience has left a sour taste, not from the food I never received, but from the disheartening service and rigid policies. I strongly advise potential patrons to reconsider their dining choices unless they are willing to gamble with their time and money.

I ordered my food on March 13 through door dash. I called the store to make some minor accomodations and the team leader who answered the phone was so very polite and gentle spirited. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and wanted extra steak seasoning added since I was not able to accommodate this online. She advised me that the salt content in the steak seasoning is a little high. But for me, I didn't mind. Upon delivery, I noticed the food was VERY well presented almost as if it came straight out of a painting. The serving size was very generous and not stingy and the taste was absolutely blissful. Thank you again, team leader and cook!!!!!

Ordered through door dash. Got my sandwich and the meat doesn’t even cover up 3/4 of the bread. Eat in store you can’t even close your sandwich there is so much meat. Just because it’s a to go order doesn’t mean to give half the amount of food especially for being so expensive.

Not a fan at all,the food was not good at all. Ordered a Philly cheese steak and when it came out it was all layed open cheese everywhere.. ice had the wings as well I waay better wings on my pitboss.

I came to Walmart stop by Charley’s on my way out l order chicken Philly with small strawberry lemonade it was so delicious definitely come back again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Food was okay but it really didn't have any other flavor as if they didn't use any seasoning. The ultimate fries are really good and the atmosphere is pleasant. They also specialize in Philly cheese steak and claim they are the best in the world. I will let my wife be the decision maker for that because I myself don't eat cheese steak. Again it was okay but I wasn't impressed.
