When I broke my leg Kim carried me to the car and had my food hot and ready in togo containers!! KIM IS THE BEST! Hands down best chilis I’ve ever been to! Someone give her a RAISE!

We came into Chili’s around 5:30 PM and were immediately greeted by the host and seated at a booth, that was a great first impression! Our server, Kim, came by with a warm smile and friendly energy that instantly made us feel comfortable.
We ordered two Henny Margs, and they were flavorful and strong in the best way. Drinks came out quickly, which we appreciated. We also ordered food, and everything arrived fast, hot, and absolutely delicious.
Overall, we had a great dining experience. The service was excellent, the food and drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Big shoutout to Kim for making it even better! We'll definitely be back.

Ordered a black bean burger with mustard and side street corn. What I recieved was a beef burger with mustard and a side of fries with nasty strawberry lemonade It was a pickup order. My daughter had already left to go get the corn. Was not gone make her come back to get the burger to make another trip. Do better Chili's.

Tonight, I ordered bone-in wings and they had the audacity to give me old dry wings that have clearly been sitting out for a long time and been reheated and sauced us because they were too lazy to cook fresh ones. It tasted like I was eating sauce covered bricks. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. What a waste of my time and hard earned money. Just throw the WHOLE restaurant away!

I ordered take out from this location on 3/19. I always ordered extra salsa for my chips and salsa, when I got home and looked at the containers they were both only half way full. I order extra for a reason because I love the salsa and the big nag of chips will definitely need more than one. I could combine them both and have one full container. Food was decent besides that.

Horrible customer service, was kicked out of the restaurant in a rude manner

Eggrolls were literally covered in Nashville hot sauce…. Mozzarella sticks were not pleasant as you can see from the photo!

Came in Saturday evening to have the 6 dollars lemon drops with friends. 1st the waiter told us she would be rite back and never came. Then when she came she said no more lemon drops ran out of lemons but every other table was drinking lemon drops. We only received a menu and no service for about 20 minutes until we just left.

1 star rating; however the food and service was great. Calen* was our server and was awesome. The manager on duty was HORRIBLE. As someone who spent 2 decades in the service industry, I was embarrassed by the way he acted. We came in for lunch on Saturday during our softball tournament because it was cold, rainy and we wanted some good lunch. We have been to this chilis multiple times, as we play out in Red Oak often and this experience will definitely be our last and i will tell all my coach buddies about it. We had a group of 25+ that all ordered food and drinks, again as a former service industry employee that’s money into the company and money for the server and this “manager” had the audacity to tell a group of athletes 9yrs old - 11 yrs old that “they needed to hurry up and eat, because he has more tables that he needs to sit”. EMBARRASSING! And, this guy should be ashamed about his attitude, which was completely wrong the entire time we were there. And this sucks, because a triple dipper appetizer really hits the spot during a couple game break. Oh well, we will for sure start taking our big group of eaters to another establishment in the area during tournaments and I’ll make sure other teams follow!
