Was surprised to find a place around this area that was clean and food was good...

The manager, that was there, I believe his name was Mr. Albert. He was very rude. He was disrespectful. We go probably once a week or once every two weeks and every time that this guy is here we have a terrible experience. I don’t know if he’s miserable with his whole life and taking it out on his work life or what But this guy is the most unprofessional rude employee at this location but when he’s not there, we always have great service. We always have a good experience but when he’s there it’s terrible. I don’t understand why they even have him as a manager.

The food was hot,salad was cold, and the place was clean. Service was ok. What more could you ask for.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the manager and staff at CiCi's Pizza, located on Pleasant Run Road in Lancaster, Texas, on Saturday, January 11th. I recently hosted a party for my 17-year-old grandson at this location, and we were treated with outstanding courtesy and respect.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager, who confirmed that he had spoken with me a week prior regarding the arrangements. We arrived an hour early to set up, and the staff accommodated our needs without hesitation. The service was truly exceptional, and the manager ensured that our group of 14 guests was well taken care of.
A particular highlight of the evening was when the manager arranged for the entire restaurant to sing 'Happy Birthday' to my grandson, a gesture that nearly brought me to tears, as I had not been able to spend time with him in two years.
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the manager and staff at CiCi's Pizza for their outstanding service and hospitality. It is clear that you employ exceptional staff, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Manager was great.

The manager and his crew are always customer service friendly. The place is clean neat and orderly. The whole team is very professional. The manager is always the same very friendly and courteous 🍕

Bad customer service. Picked up my order and was missing 2 pizzas and the were trying to make it seem like if I didnt know what I was talking about but it clearly stated on the receipt. I had to wait for them to make the other 2 pizzas so now at that time all my other pizzas got cold. All that had to say is “well we made a mistake but we got it done”. How do they not know how to read their own receipts and not once did they say sorry.

the pizza was old( to be fair we were there an hour before closing) but they were quick to make specialty pizzas. but unfortunately they have roaches and it was multiple. i could maybe understand one loose roach but i was a lot and they were on the walls by the table left left immediately

Food was fresh and hot all the tables were clean and the staff was so friendly and nice. Definitely recommend.

Went here despite all the negative reviews. Food seemed to be fresh, but it is not the cleanest place to dine. The walls are smeared with food from what I’m assuming is toddlers eating and rubbing their hands on the walls & it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. Not to mention a little friend decided to dine with us. Will not be returning.

We love going because they have a variety of pizza ?. I love the soup they have. My girls entertain themselves in that place. And it is at an affordable price
