I went last night with my family, to start off no one at the counter greeted us or even acknowledged us. I had to ask for service, they didn't have any fresh pizza out even though they had the pizza already done, & the customer service over all was just a bad experience! I do not recommend!!!!

Overcharged my card. They left a tip when I clearly wrote $0.00. It's self service I'm not leaving a tip, but I was charged an additional $10 on top of the $78 I had paid for the next day. Did a charge back, but that's just shady business. Pay your workers better so they aren't inclined to steal.

The food was fine in most aspects apart from having a hair in the crust of my boyfriend's pizza...eww.The (assumed) manager of this establishment is very rude and hostile. If you can avoid talking to the staff then this place is just a regular old Ci-Ci's but if you're going order other food or have something special made - just go to a different location.
