Pizza arrived like someone shook the box. All the slices on top of each other and the pizza not good at all. Hate the fact I added a tip for this crap

GPS said this is delivery would’ve been 3.8 miles away they say it was outside their delivery zone when a week ago they delivered to us. This location has some very childish and unprofessional staff must be ran by lazy highschool kids

They suck they gave my pizza to someone else which I was waiting for an hour fire manager and crew they wasn't paying attention they were goofy around with people's orders
This dominoes will never get any of my money until they do away with the rude so-call shift manager! I have never been met with so much aggression and all I did was give my name on my order.
I literally walked into this establishment, stood there for about 5 minutes watching employees walk around as if I wasn't there. Finally the young boxing the pizzas ask what I needed help with. I stated that I was there to pick up my order. I gave him my name, which he stated he didn't have it. At that moment, a rude employee, (I believe she was the shift manager, older white lady), over talked him and yelled it was a timed order. Which now I'm confused because I have no clue what that means and I'm baffled to why she said it with so much aggression. So now I'm trying to get an understanding to what she is saying while trying to explain the order was supposed to be ready by 5:30pm. However, the young man who took my order earlier that day, told me it should be ready by 5:20. Which by now it is 5:25pm. So basically my order wasn't ready... I sat at the table with my sister trying to figure out did I say something wrong. Long story short, this woman was rude, with no class or customer service etiquette. If I would have met her with same energy, then I would have been the "angry black woman" while she played victim...smh
I ordered 16 pizzas & 2 Mac n cheese. This order was placed at the store before 11am Saturday morning 12/21/2024. I had notes to label each pizza box with the kind of pizza that was in it, which I had to remind them to do that. They couldn't even get that right! Not to mention not 1 person offered to help load them up. My order was not ready until almost 6pm, which should have been 5:30.
It sad people act like this. If you don't like your job, then find another one. Preferably not in customer service.

Lied and said they charge for extra sauce and light cheese on a pizza which is inaccurate and false information! Just was being lazy and didn’t want to fix my order ! Team members also put you on hold as your talking and are ghetto ! Please stop lying and do better !

My experience was one of personal hygiene. The man was working on the pizza do. With his bear hands. Left that station went over to the cash register. Handled money and went straight back to the dough without washing his hands. This is just a warning for other people. I know I will never be going there again. I saw this with mine ?

I represent a large facility. Last nite we placed an order, the driver delivered to the wrong address. But when we called today for a refund, we were met with a belligerent employee, that "didn't appreciate the tone in my voice".
However, the manager refused to talk to me but decided to use the belligerent employee to relay her messages of refusing our refund.
" I don't know what he expects me to do about it, I wasn't on shift last night", I could hear the manager say in the background. S
Ultimately, she only offered a discount on future purchases. I declined the offer and asked for my refund again (restating the events that led up to this) and the belligerent employee hung up the phone.
Completely unprofessional
Update: The delivery driver's text confirmed that she left our order on the steps of a closed business across the street.
I paid for a service & a product, that I didn't receive. And this store refused to refund me on their mistake.

Ceniya was our delivery driver, and she actually found my daughters phone outside and she came and asked if that was our phone . Her integrity and honesty would go long ways . I feel very appreciative by that gesture and made me feel very grateful to have had her deliver our food . Ceniya thank you very much .

My firm spends $350.00 permonth with pizza hut ?. Everytime I've ordered the pan pizza ? from this store. All burnt crust. WE WILLNEVER ORDER AGAIN.
