My firm spends $350.00 permonth with pizza hut ?. Everytime I've ordered the pan pizza ? from this store. All burnt crust. WE WILLNEVER ORDER AGAIN.

Ordered 2 cheese dips and they barely covered the bottom and were nothing but a greasy blob. Called the store spoke to Coby the shift manager. He needs serious customer service training. Refused to get information on complaint, hung up on me multiple times. I asked for the store manager information like name and when they would be there. He refused. I asked for the franchise contact info that is displayed in the store he refused. All he wanted to do is argue.

Very bad service, I order food and it was left sitting in the kitchen.also they forgot bread twist and they called me a liar while they were sitting in the back. also they were on their phones.not paying attention. And Ik their labor is bad and y’all slow .The food was good. Thank you

Order A Pizza & BONELESS Chicken bites thru the App said be ready 20 minutes get there not ready so waited another 15 minutes get my order pizza cold they made bone in chicken instead of Boneless chicken because they screwed up my order If you ever eaten the WINGS from Domino's they are FREAKIN NASTY UNDER COOKED WINGS !!!!! ??

But after waiting an hour for my online order....I stood inside watching the crew preparing mine as well as others food....no one ever washed hands and NOT ONE PERSON HAD ON GLOVES. Not even management. They went from station to station, hitting their hands on their pants or dirty aprons, to the dough, to the next station then the next piece of dough. Not ok with me at all. I canceled my order and went elsewhere!

Excellent! The pizzas here are always on point. Tonight a thin crust, garlic parmeasan sauce with chicken & spinach & extra cheese, only $4 with my rewards! One if the best pizzas I've ever had. Kudos to the team at the Bluegrove Rd location. They provide perfection every time!!
Every time I come up here they always have people sitting and waiting not completing the orders as they come in they are inconsiderate and the worst location to come
