We relocated her 8 months ago from Cali & we ❤️ Tx by the way😁 I ate some of yur chicken from a family member a few months ago 😋 So when my family came here this wkend from Gardena California & Houston Tx, I had to introduce them to Henderson Chicken!!! No one can beat the seasoning and the Fried Okra was Awesome 😋 Thanks! My family couldn't stop talking about how 🔥 the food was!

Just sold me some dry chicken... I really feel like calling my bank and protest that payment.. ain't nothing for free i threw it in the trash... go out of BUISNESS please. A waste of my time and money... smh

This is a hole in a wall chicken spot. I have frequent other establishments under the same name but this was my first time at this location. I placed an online order for a whole chicken and some other stuff. I took it home and the fries were cold and the thigh was dried out. We tried to call but there wasn't an answer. We drove back up there to get our money back. We were told that we couldn't get our money back because the order was placed online. I tried to request a refund online but couldn't get in touch with anyone nor was it a place to request a refund. I put in the notes to please make sure that the food was cooked fresh. The owners are aware of who place orders online. Shame on them for not having this function available. The employees were nice about it all. I sat there to wait for fresh food because that was my only option. The lady said that a piece of the 10 piece was missing, I said yes, my mom threw the thigh out. She stated that the guy only cooked dark although I paid for mixed. They sent me home with 7 pieces out of 8 yet I paid for mixed. I started to dispute the charges with my bank. They could use a deep steam clean in the lobby on the baseboards. The lady was cleaning the floor when we walked in. They were very busy, and I am sure my $40 review doesn't matter. The owners need to do better with their refund policy. There wasn't a phone number, email, nothing. I gave 3 stars because they did remake our food, and the customer service from the employees were okay. We should have gotten an 8 pieces not 7 since I paid almost $2 extra for mixed.

During my recent interaction with Henderson’s Chicken In Lancaster Tx !
I experienced one of the most unprofessional displays of customer service I’ve ever encountered. The staff’s attitude was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely Lacking in basic courtesy, which reflects poorly on the entire establishment. As a delivery driver, I expect a standard level of professionalism when conducting business, yet what I received was the opposite—rude behavior and an unwillingness to communicate effectively. The establishment itself appeared disorganized and in need of serious attention to cleanliness and management oversight. It is unacceptable for a business serving the public to operate with such disregard for customer satisfaction and workplace standards. I strongly advise the management team to retrain their staff and implement clear customer service expectations immediately. Due to this unethical and unprofessional behavior, I will be reporting Henderson’s Chicken to the Better Business Bureau for further future orders ! There is no select place for Us drivers to pick up orders .! And you can Thank The tall Slinder lady because I around town that she has a nasty attitude but from a buisness perspective ...Not a good look sus !

The food is ok but my biggest problem is they are thrives I left my wallet on counter went up the street no more then 15 seconds realize I don’t have my wallet came back because I knew where I left it they knew immediately who I was and gave it back to me with money completely gone inside and said they don’t know, when there was only 3 people there and no one in the parking lot

Too Salty!! And they cook it in old grease, but what irks me is the older lady with the long nasty nails serving & making orders with no gloves, not seeing her wash her hands & to top it off the same utensils she uses for the chicken is also used for everything else, That's cross contamination, I wouldn't recommend a dog to eat here. My first & last time.
