Customer service is horrific. Ordered through DoorDash….a whole chicken and an order of wings. They were out of wings and wanted to sub with legs. Not an equal substitution at all.I was willing to accept 2 breasts for the 4 wings but the non manager was so rude to the Dasher, I opted to deal with DoorDash for compensation. The Dasher should not have to be subjected to this type of treatment. Businesses should be selective in who they choose to represent them.
