Will have you standing in lobby awkwardly cause nobody will greet you or at least say “hello we’ll be right with you” a bunch of servers walking around taking it easy, doing small tasks to pass time ie wash hands back to back to back for no reason…. This is just observed after 10-15 minutes of standing in front of lobby desk without anyone acknowledging me as a customer. No wonder them type of women have a hard time finding a man.

This is BY FAR the WORST IHOP I’ve ever been to. If I go when it’s slow, I wait at the counter FOREVER TO GET WAITED ON. If I go when it’s busy I wait FOREVER to be waited in.on. 4 people Will walk by you and see you standing at the counter and won’t say a word. They have the absolute worst service and absolutely NO SENSE OF URGENCY to help the customers. It’s just ridiculous. So finally a lady comes to take my order AFTER a gentleman’s walks in behind me and I’ve been standing there for 10 minutes. She acknowledges him and I had to tell her that I’ve been standing here 10 minutes and nobody has said a word to me. She said “I THOUGHT someone had taken your order”. Well ma’am did you even come over here to ask? No you didn’t. Customer Service is just horrible. If I could give “0 STARS” I would

The place was almost empty. So I didn't understand why there was was water on the floor. There were ceiling tiles missing. The lamps over the tables were more than dusty. My eggs were over cooked, couldn't eat because we had no silverware. Then we she finally brought it still couldn't eat because we had no syrup. I should have taken pics :( I can't make this stuff up.

If I could give this place0 stars I would. Went in,waitress just chatting it up with a customer and not even turning an eye to entering potential customers. Service people saw us but never approached us. The place was not at all busy and yet we got ignored. Never again!

And the manager??? People waiting more than 20 minutes to have a table, and the tables? Same 20 minutes empty with the plates, how is it possible that they don't have someone who is quick to clean them, it doesn't even take 5 minutes to clean them!! Bad communication between staff!
I was sitting there for half an hour and no one was taking my order they are more focus and looking busy then actually being busy never coming here again

I don't understand what's happening, I frequently went to that place and it was very good, I liked going there, but now the service is very bad, the coffee is so strong and horrible and they don't even give you any creams since I kept asking the girl and after that she kept bothering me, I couldn't even eat my food in peace, she arrived and threw the receipt at me, even though she had just given me the food, and I found out that to make matters worse, even though I left her a tip on the table, she overcharged me whatever she wanted I don't even want to return with that kind of attention 😡😡😡😡
