I live in the Desoto area, I ordered 8/24, a a Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. There was no gravy on my Chicken fried steak. And it wasn't Chicken it was STEAK. I gave a AARP card and the girl said it was invalid. I got home and my wife said it was Valid and all she had to do was run my phone # under AARP and my $6 discount would have applied to my order. NOT HAPPY.

Honestly I only come due to my 8yr old absolutely loving IHOP/pancakes! Never a wait to be seated (plus) however customer service is basically ppl needing a job opposed to having a little bit of enthusiasm for their job 😕 but I still tip as a food industry worker myself! Today was frustrating due to not having my original receipt to redeem on my app (spent $60). So I call only to be greeted by the same dry demeanor then placed on hold for a total of 30 minutes!!! Which is ridiculous seeing that we were the only ones in the lobby & not 1 pickup order came in during our hr sit dwn! Smh, dining out is so sad & subpar nowadays! No one enjoys their job but love to receive pay/tips! Word of advise...just order it to-go or even better.. make it at home!

Service is slow food ordered isn't what you get then you have to argue it's on the menu to get your food then they try to upcharge prices idk what they have going on late nights but not going back to this location. Sucks it's the only 24hr one left in the area

From the moment we walked into the nearly empty restaurant we waited in the front until I went searching for ANY staff. I found the front end waitress hanging out in the kitchen. Once we were seated everything we tried to order she told us they were out of. No sprinkles, whip cream, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, milk, avocados, RANCH!!! Once we were finally able to settle for the limited items they did have they brought out my burger without the items that were supposed to be on it. When I asked about it they told me they were out of those too. The wait to get our food in a nearly empty restaurant was about 45 minutes. Our waitress was nice enough but the lack of food was absolutely appalling.

I ordered 2 cinnamon bun crepes. No strawberries, just filling and plain nothing like the picture it shows on the menu. Waste of $20. Last time I come here and order.
