In and out is always a safe bet on fast food. Ypu know what you're going in for, the burger. Their fries are our favorite. You just don't get fresh fries like that at fast food places. Always clean as well.

I find it ridiculous how many reviews say âIâve been here several times and never have any problemsâ. But the one time they go and it doesnât meet their âstandardsâ they leave a 1 star review. The drive thru wait time was a little too long but the food made up for it.

Nataliah was equally amazing, checking in on us to see if we needed anything. She went above and beyond by even picking up our trashâsomething you donât often see, and it truly showed how much she cares about the customer experience.
We also noticed a tall, black gentleman who was constantly cleaning both inside and outside the restaurant. His attention to detail kept the place spotless and welcoming, and it didnât go unnoticed.
Thanks to this wonderful team, we enjoyed not only the delicious food but also the warm and inviting atmosphere. Itâs people like Cora, Nataliah, and the rest of the staff who make In-N-Out such a great place to eat. We'll definitely be back!
First Time Trying In-N-Out Burger â Very Disappointing
Today was my first time ever trying In-N-Out Burger after living in the U.S. for 11 years. I ordered a Double-Double and fries, and honestly, it was a big disappointment.
The place was packed with people, which usually means the food is fresh and hot. But after waiting about 10 minutes for my order, my fries came out almost coldâmaybe 30% warm and 70% cold. They reminded me of McDonaldâs fries that have been sitting out for two hours: dry, unappetizing, and not worth eating.
The burger wasnât much better. It wasnât juicy, and the flavor was underwhelming. I expected something special given all the hype, but it just wasnât there.
If youâre deciding between Burger King and In-N-Out for your first time, Iâd strongly recommend Burger King. Their food is fresher, juicier, and more reliable.

Went through drive though and had a long wait, but still managed to get lukewarm food. How disappointing. Also, the food was nasty. I try this location maybe every 6mths to see if it has improved. It always disappoints.
