Slowest fast food. Waited almost 20 minutes to get a sandwich and the store wasn't busy. Multiple people walked in and out because no one would come take their order.

I went yesterday for 3 egg rolls a small curly fry and a drink and my food was not done at all so i wasted 5$ on egg rolls is crazy so i told her this mornin again about the food and they did not even ask to replace it today is my last day ordering here

It's 7.30 on a friday and the lobby is closed and the employee's are just looking at us and not opening up the
doors and we cant use the drive thru because we are in a work truck (semi truck). I stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting for the door to be open and the whole time they just looked at me and never did anything to try to help.

SO…(Thinking how to say this) I understand that this location is pretty open all around… I get that… BUT… That ain’t my problem! When I pay for something, I expect it to be made fresh. And I have to say that most of the time, it is fresh.. But then… When the order is freshly made WRONG than a mugufuga EVERY OTHER TIME… Like man! If I use the app and put NO ONIONS, I’m subject to get EXTRA friggin onions! If I put EXTRA MAYO or even EXTRA KETCHUP in the order, it’s barely a dab in the middle of the burger. Instructions are there PLAIN AS DAY! But see.. This is where my review gets testy. So.. Everytime I have come into this place, it looks like a ghost town. Chairs on top of tables in the middle of the day. It’s like they don’t even want customers in the lobby. THEEEN! Most of the staff are Hispanics whom usually do a good job in regards to service in some of the fast food joints that I’ve frequented. But these jokers here don’t like to see too many customers coming in. OH NO! That means that it’s time to work! The manager actually is this Ricky Ricardo looking dude from I Love Lucy.. He kinda… You know…🫳🏽🫱🏾

I had a terrible experience at this particular Jack in the Box. They charged me $15 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 sodas which is the price for 2 combo meals minus the hashbrowns. When asked why they charged for a combo meal without the hash brown they said their fryer wasn't working and that was the price still. Now I know they were lying because ain't no way 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 sodas cost $15. I called the corporate office and waiting to hear back from them. I will update once I've heard from corporate.
