I just had the worst experience with the Mgr. Raquel.
I had to return both boxes of pizza. Two slices from one box and the second pizza untouched.
I ordered extra moist cheese pizzas. It taste like flavored card board & dry!!!
Raquel REFUSED to remake both pizzas. Refunded for only one & stated it was company policy not to refund the other because two slices were eaten.
Trust… partially eating my one slice ruined my appetite.

Terrible service.
I ordered my food over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I intentionally waited 25-30 minutes to get to the store to get the food because they have a history of not having the food ready when you get there and so you have to wait.
I get there, the Hispanic older lady ringing people up was being rude to a guy as I walk in. It takes the lady a while to acknowledge me to see if I need to place an order or pick it up.

Gerardo has great customer service skills, greets everyone, and makes sure everyone has the right order. Belinda also had excellent customer service. Wait times may vary, but the pizzas are always fresh and worth the wait. Some customers have reported excellent customer service, while others have had negative experiences. Overall, the pizzas are considered the best by many.
