The worst service ever!!! You can only order 3 pizzas now???? When I am a regular customer & I have always order 5 over the phonee!!! This guy answer the phone trying to be funny & didn't want to answer the phone no more until I called him through my husband phone !!! Stupid guy hope I could've get his name to report him!! Never again I'm ordering here

I just wanted to share with you my experience I just had at your Lancaster Location.

I ordered 3 Pizzas via the app ( Extra Mostbestest Cheese, Extra Mostbestest Pepperoni and a Round Extra Sausage ) and once I received the notification that my pizzas were ready I went inside and they were not ready.

I had to wait 28 minutes from the time I received the email to the time that I walked out.

Here are the Pizzas that I waited 28 minutes for. This is absolutely NOT extra Sausage and if it is, i’d hate to see regular sausage. Look at the Extra Most Bestest Cheese, most definitely nothing Extra or best about it either.

I live in Lancaster so it’s convenient to purchase from the Lancaster location but the quality of the food is so inconsistent that sometimes it’s best to just go elsewhere.

I did reach out to the general manager and she offered to have the sausage remade but who wants to continue to go through that just to get consistency?

I went to get my online order there was only one male taking orders and a female standing at the front playing on her phone when she could have been helping out. My order was not ready after 15 minutes of waiting I asked for a refund from the female who was speaking English until she got mad that I wanted my money back. Then the male tells me it will take 10-15 business days to get my money back so I walked out.

Placed my order online and was emailed showing that my order was in the portal. I come to the restaurant and they staff acts like they don’t have my order. Then the manager flat bold face lies and says someone came and got my order. How when u need a code to get someone’s order. She don’t want to give me my order nor my money back that theft. Now how does someone go get my order when I don’t even have a common name to get mixed up with anyone plus who lies about $15 pizza. The entire staff needs to be fired. The manager is rude and I believe she is a racist. I can see this location closing within the next year if this type of service continues.

Man I literally given them a second chance. I put my order in around 8:30. After I pay I noticed they have the time for my Pizza to be ready @ 10:30am the next day. Nowhere near the time I ordered and it’s also at the time when I’m at work. I go to let them know what happened they are closed 30 mins early but still sitting in their cars in the parking lot. I go back the next day to ask could they make my food over the little Hispanic guys say we can’t remake your food or give a refund. He proceeds to show me @ 5:45pm the pizza made at 10:30 am that are dried up and solid as a rock and ask if I still want them HELL NO! I wouldn’t feed that to a homeless dog. All I wanted was a refund. I had to dispute the charges thru my bank and they are talking about they will be thru with the investigation Jan. 4th the transaction took place Oct. 3rd ?

I had to update my last review, you need to give Gerardo A. a raise ! He is a monster, he has great customer service skills, he greets everyone, he makes sure everyone has the right order. He makes sure the other employees are in position to win the day. If you have a managers program he should be in it and if he is not well paid and advanced soon you will lose a good look for your brand. I gave that store a 1 star because you can't give half stars Big Turn around.
