Ordered DoorDash. Pizza was under cooked and wings had no buffalo sauce. Call to speak to a manager but have a recording on the phone saying their busy. Can’t be to busy sending undercooked doughy pizza out the door! And lastly practice and learn how to cook pizza and cut it as well??♀️ so i had to put the pizza in the oven so we wouldn’t get sick!!!!!

My order was hot and delicious. The staff was nice, despite being short staffed (or maybe there was an oddly high demand for pizzas that day). I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my order. I will have to give them another try before I say the service was not worth 5 stars.

Horrible customer service. All of the workers have attitudes. They ignored customers who were waiting on orders and trying to place an order. Every time I’ve been to this location rather if it’s busy or not there is always an issue with the wait time and bad customer service. At this point the location just needs to be shutdown. So many bad reviews.

This place should be shutdown for good and the little short Mexican lady should be fired and investigated for stealing money from customers. I've ordered pizza from this location many times and 90% of the time I either get a messed up/burnt pizza, missing items or not what I ordered. You try to give people chances due to the fact that we all deal with something. Everyone needs a job to provide for themselves and their families. But this is beyond "letting things slide". I ordered delivery and most of my food was missing. The short Mexican woman not only act like the food was delivered, she turned around and admitted the food was still there but refused to be a professional. Simply could've said "this is our mistake... we will be on our way with your food and I'll send some coupons for your next order." Affective conflict resolution. But no, she wanted to be arrogant. She proceeded to place the phone on the counter and continued working. I hope whoever is the district manager would fire her on the spot. TOO MANY people are complaining about her and the service rendered. Everyone, do not do business here. Either your order will be wrong, under or overcooked, find roaches in the boxes or be met with the lil gremlin from hell who act like she's bold and the beautiful. Thanks for taking food out of my kids mouth.Anybody who gives this place a good review are lying. This place need an entirely new staff. The store on camp wisdom are the BEST in Dallas. Again, that short Mexican woman who EVERYONE has had a bad experience with need to be fired immediately.

Whoever the owner of this location is should be ashamed. This place is totally unorganized and poorly run. I ordered 90 minutes and still when I got there the pizza was not ready. I'll never come here again.
