The McDonald's on Pleasant Run Rd in Lancaster,TX and there service is not good at all and when got with my other an one burger had mayonnaise on it and allergic to it and when call back to let them know about it.

Had a very bad experience this morning, waiting for almost 15 minutes for the cashier to take my order. Then, once they took my order another car that was waiting behind me skipped in front of me to complain about the weight and the cashier took their order at the window and let them skip everyone else. I then called inside to let the manager know what happened. She stated to hold and hung up the phone. Very rude and unprofessional

manager @ 11:21 on 8/14/25 was very racist. cursed me out when i contact about a different toy and was mocked by window associate because my autistic child asked for a diffrent toy!

The service at this McDonald's is horrible. Every time I come here I'm either missing something from my order or my order isn't correct. The manager Yajaira Garcia seems like she doesn't know how to manage her employees and the employees seem like their lost/confused on what needs to be done. When I went inside today it took over 20 minutes to get my order after asking multiple times as well as the ceiling has mold all over it. Won't come to this location again!!

Restaurant is going down hill you have to check your order before you drive off most likely you will be missing something from your order and the manager Maria is very rude customer satisfaction is not her priority. The fact that you have to return to the restaurant because they forgot something is your order and has an attitude when you complain
is very unprofessional. She needs a coaching or training along with her team to get orders efficiently and as fast as possible. Curbside orders are taking way too long at times is a 20 minute wait.

The little girl at drive thru keeps you repeating because she talking to come workers very rude. Would not take my money til she sang the order to me . I have my grandkids and I will never come back here after today I will go up pleasant rd to desoto location. The kids here are rude and ridiculous! Im going to pray for her

I just left the drive thru and I don’t know who’s at the grill, but that chicken McGriddle was so good! It might feel like an over exaggeration, but, man, that chicken was so juicy and tender. Kudos to the kitchen staff! 06/01/25 @9:18 am order 1205 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Our crew went for lunch today. Ordered on kiosk. Waited and waited. Dude said my sale didn't go on through and didn't give me my food. Checked my account and charge did go through. Staff was incompetent and/or scammers. Do better, McDonalds!
