Been here 2 times and they always get our order wrong. First time they got our order wrong and made us wait 20 minuets for a coffee. Second time there was a whole set of pancakes missing.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that was cooked so HARD, it had no meat. It was just bread, crust, and vegetables. They cooked the life out of the meat!!!!!! I literally had a crust sandwich!? ??

It’s NYE 2023 and 3:39pn and the gate is down inside the Chevron and the doors are locked on the outside, but two people are inside. I saw someone come out, so I went to the door. But it was relocated and two gentlemen with a Spanish accent said it was closed even though the drive thru was open. I said I did not want to waste gas and I wanted to order on this inside. But no luck, please move out of this neighborhood if you cannot give the best service.

I just purchas a 6 piece bundle at the McDonalds in Lancaster, Texas on Pleasant Run and they were molded. I called and asked for a manager and they man who answered the phone said he was a manager but refuse to provide his me. I called back and he hung up on me. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be purs a law suit agains this location. I have the picture to prove that they sold meolded food.
