First time visiting this place it's a small take out but I was hungry ..... placed my order the guy behind the counter said 20 minutes for me was going to be 20 loooong minutes went to get a drink next door and by the time I got in my vehicle he called showing the box .Time 15 minutes . Flavor ver tasty. Presentation not over cooked with a nice crust color . Freshness only toppings that are supposed to come from a can the tomatoes onions and bell peppers had that fresh taste and look cheese was right on the spot not too much or too little the only topping I didn't like was mushrooms but with this times I understand they don't want to risk with them they spoil fast and are very expensive . If I'm ever be close by I'll try again.

I ordered from this location many times, but today it was not so good. We ordered a cheese pizza and the cheese and crust was burned. Not golden brown as the manager suggested. What was sad for me is the manager wanted me to drive back to this location, 30 minutes so he could see the pizza before making me another one. In my opinion if a customer is unhappy with a product they just purchased it's not about getting anything free, but ensuring that a continued customer is happy with what was purchased! This is customer service!!!! So, though we have supported this business for years after such a unfortunate response to our disappointment in the product we can no longer support this business.

This location has the best pizza in Lancaster. I always receive the same quality whenever I order from them even with them short staffed. The pizza is always hot and fresh when it comes to the door. Domino’s, Papa John’s stopped ordering from them a long time ago because they are careless. But Mr. Jim’s will always have my service for their consistency. Its a bit pricier than the some of the other places but worth it. Guest should always receive the same quality products every visit and Mr. Jim’s never misses.
