Monica the owner is so sweet I love everything about her. She is well versed in nutrition and health. I appreciate how she gave me insight about certain ingredients and has the top quality matcha grade that doesn’t upset my stomach. As someone who is on a strict diet and fasting from sugar it’s really hard to find places that focus on nutrition and wellness however I found her shop while searching and I have not regretted it this is my second visit here. I've been twice. Both times I purchased an açaí bowl. The peanut butter and jelly was my favorite. They are generous with the portions. The customer service was exceptional. I was greeted with a smile and made to feel as though my business was valued. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming.

Love this place I definitely come minimum once a week. The smoothies are so fresh! I’ve liked every smoothie I’ve tried. If you really love fast and healthy smoothies this place is incomparable to smoothie king and other chains. The owner is lovely and the customer service is great. I had a conflicting pick up time and the owner personally contacted me to make sure I can could get my smoothie. Excellent service!

Went here with my family and had a great time talking with the owner and playing connect four outside!! Tried niña fresa, sunrise, and piña colada, they tasted even better than I could’ve imagined!! My personal fav was the sunrise. Can’t wait to go back!!

I’m so excited that there’s finally a healthy smoothie/bowl place here in Lancaster. I got an açaí bowl and added peanut butter and goji berries. It was so good and refreshing. It’s definitely worth the price for the large proportion and all the fruits were fresh and delicious. Presentation on the bowl was also A1. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Also tried a free sample of gluten free banana bread and the vegan cookie definitely gonna come back for these when I have a sweet tooth. Over all 1000/10 experience and glad I have a healthy spot near me.
