Monchel was an amazing server! We came in with a very large party to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and she was patient and attentive to all our needs! I look forward to coming here again and working with her. Great food, vibes & customer service!!!

They had a dj and club music was going!! My crab boil was perfect service a little slow but they were busy. This place is fairly close to my house so I will for sure be back again.

As soon as we walked in the whole place smelled like sewage. Hostess was horrible at seating us. Once seated waitress was more focus on serving a party then us. Once food arrived my friend had to personally get up and find someone to help us because waitress was no where to be found. Two of the 3 of us ended up with food poisoning due to eating the seafood boil! Horrible experience, this place deserves to be inspected thoroughly! I do not recommend ever coming here!! Don’t risk the food poisoning!!!!

Me and my son just happened to be in the neighborhood and seen this place and so glad we did!! Our little waitress-bartender Summer was one amazing girl!! She made sure our experience was on point!! The food was amazing and super fast coming out!!! She made sure we did not go without our drinks and stayed full the entire meal!!Summer if u see this comment just know there are people out there that u just cannot please!! It’s nothing that u did wrong sweety!!! If we are ever back in the area trust that we will be back and for sure will request u as our waitress!!! Have a very blessed and wonderful day!!

I felt the need to leave a review due to how rude and inattentive the staff was. We went here on Valentine's night and was told they they were not sitting anyone else at the tables so we would have to go to the bar. Once at bar, we went give menus and soon asked what we'd like to drink. We asked for a minute to look at the drink menu so bartender walked away. Unfortunately he never came back. He was in the lobby talking to a group of kids then returned to the back of the bar talking on his phone but never acknowledge us sitting there. After a while, I stopped the hostess and asked if anyone actually worked there because seemed everyone was working hard to ignore us. She talked to another staff member but no one got up to help. We waited a few more minutes and decided to leave. The staff was lazy and had no customer service skills. I will never return to this location again. We never got to order anything.

Took over hour to get food to us waiter took 20mins to get our drinks catfish I had was cold and taste like dirty catfish my daughter catfish was hot and fresh but still taste like dirty catfish or grease needed to be changed out wife like her snow crab and clams but had to help her cause she had no snow crab utensils to crack some of the snow crab where it was stuff to crack open. So I used my teeth but she love her phone took 15mins to get my check after we was done and then took another 15mins for waiter to get the check and credit card wait for 45mins to be seated I rather go to joe crab shack before I go back to this place for the price

We had to ask for silverware, plates & napkins from the bartender because we couldn't find our waitress. There were 3 men at the bar and 1 table other than us in the whole restaurant. The music was terrible! Food was not impressive. Our first time and we will Not be back or recommend. The restrooms were atrocious!!

We have eaten at this kind of restaurant many times and in many different states and always enjoy the food. The boils are the only way to eat here. We did enjoy the food but the atmosphere there was not great. Not sure if it was the happy hour or if it's always like that, there were several loud and obnoxious drinkers there which made the experience less enjoyable.

Order food for takeout, cashier was helpful, patient with a great smile. Food was good, ordered 2lbs of headless shrimp with Pier 7 medium sauce.
