The call system is horrible you can’t even alter you order without it taking an hour of being on hold and the store staff doesn’t even answer the phone when you finally do get transferred this place is horrible I will never order here again

This location is a mess! I ordered online & when I get there to pick up my order one of the men said 5 more minutes! Waited for like almost a hour until I had to ask for a refund!! A lady even got there way after me ordered her pizza there & got her order before me!! I would give this place a negative ZERO!

When returning Pizza back to the Lancaster location, GM refused to give good customer service according to the order that I made I'd ask for pan crust they didn't have it in house, so when I brought the pizza back it was told to me that I can't get you pain crust if you didn't pay for it because of the inconvenience $1.00 for pan crust I was disappointed not only in the service but the response that a general manager would give a customer for the inconvenience nobody wants to answer the phone when I called because they have one phone that's not my responsibility I am a customer I should not know what's going on but only to be served as a regular customer we need to work on this.

Staff was not friendly or professional and was never greeted when i wantdd in. Ordered online, waited for confirmation that my pizza was ready. Got to the store at 5:20pm, did not get my order until closer to 6p. I even left to get sodas and came back. Order still wasn't ready. At that point, I didn't want the order. Someone mentioned they would refund my card. Explained to them I didn't prepay. Magically my order was ready once they realized I didn't prepay. Thus location is so ghetto. I'll drive further and out the way to avoid using pleasant run & bluegrove location in Lancaster, TX
I had an amazing experience at this specific location thanks to Kay and the rest of the team! They went above and beyond to help me, even 10 minutes before closing time. Their customer service was exceptional, and the food was as delicious as always. Huge shoutout to Kay and the team for their kindness and dedication. Truly appreciate the extra effort you all put in! Highly recommend this location!

How many hairs will fall on your pizza? You have to choose well where to buy your food!! Slower than a turtle, 30 minutes to wait for an order, people arrive and there is no one at the entrance to attend! How is this possible, where was the manager? They will have to hurry up their staff! Terrible store, the worst of all!

Oh my God!!! It is horrible service! Every time you order something no matter what time frame they give you, it takes at least one hour longer no matter what… they did this to me twice already but I did not think much of it but now with this being the third time in a roll it’s just the service they provide…. They also smoke all the time out side. They don’t even bother to walk away from ppl coming in… Never again!!!
