I had an amazing experience at this specific location thanks to Kay and the rest of the team! They went above and beyond to help me, even 10 minutes before closing time. Their customer service was exceptional, and the food was as delicious as always. Huge shoutout to Kay and the team for their kindness and dedication. Truly appreciate the extra effort you all put in! Highly recommend this location!

So I have ordered from this place many times… We have a Domino’s as well as Papa John’s in the area, but after having a few issues with those joints, Pizza Hut is more tolerable. At one point, they were actually pretty good.. But then when the Management changed, so did this location. Don’t get me wrong, I believe a job should be fun, I mean it’s pizza! But when you got people in the back playing around and dropping pizza, taking slices from orders (eating others food)...

Today I upgraded my stars. Its 10/02/2023 6:30 pm. Manager (She) was polite and my order was on piont...............Update-------9/20/2023. The Red Oak pizza hut has great costumer service. I have never had a problem there. Lancaster store do go there. The dont appreciate your business......7/12/2023 still not getting my food on time Update**** Still bad service. Why cant I order a pizza and get it on time. I was late for work waiting on a curbside online order. I had to get out...
