ATTENTION::: STORY TIME ::::Sonic Drive-In 320 W. Pleasant Run Rd Lancaster Tx 75146 Store # 5195 (TODAY MARCH 30, 2025 At 3:26 I pulled to the drive thru window to place my order, when the employee opened the window I gave him my credit card as my payment method, I waited approximately 2 minutes before he came back to the window he then proceeded to give me my food first , then he gave me my credit card wrapped up in the receipt, BUT ME BEING ME I UNWRAPPED AND PROCEEDED TO PUT CREDIT BACK IN MY WALLET ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT MY CREDIT CARS IT WAS A WHITE CARD ALMOST LIKE WHAT THEY GIVE U WHEN YOU GO TO THE CASINO 🤦🏽♀️ , I THEN BLEW THE HORN THE EMPLOYEE JUST IMMEDIATELY OPENED THE WINDOW AND HANDED ME MY CARD🤷🏽♀️ BE CAREFUL! Something in my soul did not sit right so I went back and ask to speak to a manager and told him what happened and advised him I was going to call corporate on Monday, he said we don’t have a corporate so u might as well tell me! These companies are out here stealing I wonder how many people have been done like this the average person would probably just throw the receipt back in their purse thinking that it’s their card not knowing they have been got!!! Hopefully this STORY WILL HELP STOP THIS!!! Please share don’t be the next victim!!! I also posted this on FB and less than 24 hrs it has over 150 shares, also I have made several attempts to contact ! No response just hold!! Let’s get this location shut down !! ASAP!!!

Customer service isn't good. I only got 2 Paquete of ketchup. My order also had ranch and I didn't get any. I asked for ketchup and ranch when they went to go get my change. They only gave me my change. Pressed the button and asked for condiments and waited 20 minutes before I decided to just leave.

Ordered a medium sweet tea during happy hour & after, LITERALLY 4 SIPS, my tea was gone. I opened the top only to discover my cup was COMPLETELY FILLED WITH ICE! I mean, damn! I know the drink was half price but I didn't know that meant I'd get half the drink! What they gave me could've fit in the mini cup. Now I'm still eating & have nothing to drink. Y'all gotta do better!

Waited at the stall for 5 to 10 mins with no response. Had to call the restaurant and then this nice young lady came to take our order to our car. The food finally came out after a bit of a wait and she offer a free drink for the long wait. Unfortunately they forgot to put onions on my coney .

It's 1/18/25 I just left the Sonic on Pleasant Run in Lancaster,TX @ 10:34am hungry as heck but I rather starve than to give my money to such a sassy person taken my order. People need to be trained that how your face look projects your voice. The female that was on the intercom didn't respond and the screen didn't have what I asked for I repeated myself. And here comes the attitude. Not today!!!! I drove 3 miles away to another Sonic. Customer Service is everything. And people like that I think they will spot in my food... I'm Good

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to this Sonic location, which was the most unprofessional and dirty establishment I have encountered in my 35 years. Last night, at 10:28pm, I placed an order for my son and myself, but upon arrival, I was informed by an employee that I could only order through the drive-through. The employee displayed a rude attitude and unprofessional demeanor. When I attempted to order through the drive-through, the microphone appeared to be malfunctioning, as the employee could not hear me despite my speaking loudly. After waiting, I received my food, only to find that the bag was soaked in grease and the fries were stuck together, appearing to be old. Despite my initial hesitation, my son was hungry, so we proceeded to eat. However, shortly after consuming the food, I experienced stomach cramps, which I initially ignored. Unfortunately, my son woke up at 5:00am, vomiting and experiencing gastrointestinal distress. It became clear that the food we received was spoiled. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and food quality at this location and intend to report this incident to the relevant authorities.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order in the drive thru and I was not given my receipt. Upon requesting a copy of my receipt, the male cashier and male manager got very aggressive with me, speaking loud and laughing at me and hanging out the drive through window. I ended up driving off . I contacted customer service and although they were on the line listening to the entire ordeal, I have yet to hear a response from them. I will not patronize them again.
