They have a long line at the drive-thru telling everyone to hold on and not taking anyone's order. I waited so long that I tried just ordering from the carhop area to which are directed to the drive-thru again
Omg on Friday July 25, 2025. I was on my way home and needed something cold to drink. Stopped at Sonic on pleasant run. Could not get my app to work so one of the manager don't know his name Hadvon black glasses. Went out his way and help me. I just want to say God I always put people in your life for a reason. Okay one of the other employees whom has dreads. Stop by asked me was okay. Great customer service. Just find out these two young Kings name Mr Trey and Mr. Jace. Thank you guys so much.

I came at 1050 after getting off work just wanting a pretzel that I have been craving only for someone to yell at me that they are closed. Very rude employee.

This sonic is a no go! I wouldn’t recommend as whenever I come here it’s always the food and or drinks i order doesn’t look the best nor the best quality. I’d recommend to go to another sonic.

I made the mistake of trying to see if this sonic was any better than last time. NO! I refuse to use the other side of the facility because it places the crew in danger from traffic. Also if they miss something, there's no button to push. You have to get out of your car and walk across! The burrito was stone cold. Yuck! The pepperoni bites were overcooked to the point that there was no cheese and very little pepperoni left. It was just a crunchy outside. Don't let the sign under you management fool you. If you must have Sonic, go to a different one

Twice in the last year, the second time being today, I placed an order but got no food. I pushed the button again to find out if they were working on the order and they wouldn't answer. I left and went to McDonalds where service is always good.

If it wasn’t for Kay and Clyde this Sonic will be CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. Kay and Clyde are the shift managers. They should be the Store Manager. They are very professional and respectful. They take care of their regular customers. Always friendly.
Clyde was out last week April 7-9 and another manager quit on the spot with 5 cars waiting for their order. The store wasn’t open until 8ish. The store manager should had been on duty the days Clyde was out or had responsible and reliable staff on duty. Very disappointing!!

This Lancaster location is a complete joke. The girl with the long burgundy and blonde braids needs to find something work related to do. Sat at the speaker 10 min she never greeted me or said anything: I said hello still no response. Drove past the window she was on her phone not taking orders. When Miss. Kay is not there this place is a hell hole.
waited 10 minutes at 1 stall with no response after hitting button multiple times. went a few stalls over and another 10 minutes no response. sitting in the drive thru right now and no response been five minutes but the person in front of me got immediately served. place is a joke
I placed my order, got ready to pay then a whole new meal was added to my order. They stated they will correct my order...added extra fries and I still didn't receive all my items I ordered... I will not return

ATTENTION::: STORY TIME ::::Sonic Drive-In 320 W. Pleasant Run Rd Lancaster Tx 75146 Store # 5195 (TODAY MARCH 30, 2025 At 3:26 I pulled to the drive thru window to place my order, when the employee opened the window I gave him my credit card as my payment method, I waited approximately 2 minutes before he came back to the window he then proceeded to give me my food first , then he gave me my credit card wrapped up in the receipt, BUT ME BEING ME I UNWRAPPED AND PROCEEDED TO PUT CREDIT BACK IN MY WALLET ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT MY CREDIT CARS IT WAS A WHITE CARD ALMOST LIKE WHAT THEY GIVE U WHEN YOU GO TO THE CASINO 🤦🏽♀️ , I THEN BLEW THE HORN THE EMPLOYEE JUST IMMEDIATELY OPENED THE WINDOW AND HANDED ME MY CARD🤷🏽♀️ BE CAREFUL! Something in my soul did not sit right so I went back and ask to speak to a manager and told him what happened and advised him I was going to call corporate on Monday, he said we don’t have a corporate so u might as well tell me! These companies are out here stealing I wonder how many people have been done like this the average person would probably just throw the receipt back in their purse thinking that it’s their card not knowing they have been got!!! Hopefully this STORY WILL HELP STOP THIS!!! Please share don’t be the next victim!!! I also posted this on FB and less than 24 hrs it has over 150 shares, also I have made several attempts to contact ! No response just hold!! Let’s get this location shut down !! ASAP!!!
