My favorite Starbucks. Very friendly, staff. Consistent good quality. Very clean. Relaxing,open atmosphere. Lots of room and comfortable seating. Love it!!!!

This Starbucks is a hit or miss, which sucks because I live right by it and when it was being built I was so excited of how great convenience it would be. Unfortunately, this past Sunday was my last time coming here because my drink was very nasty and it’s not the first time. Ive had more nasty drinks than good and I don’t have time most days to go back and have them fix their error. So unfortunately, I don’t have hit or miss money so it will not get anymore of my hard working monies.

I waited over 20 minutes for my drink while watching other customers come and go with theirs. It was clear my order hadn’t even been started. I had to leave for work, so I ended up calling just to request a refund. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time.

The manager here is terrible. I had a fly in my drink and I brought it back up there and kindly asked for a refund. The manager refused to give me a refund and proceeded to be rude and laugh with his coworkers, will be calling HR.

This location...well Janell just pis...made me mad!!! I go to starbucks easy 3-4 times a week. At one point I was going to everyday (not this location) so I was hot when Janell walked up to me and said i had to make a purchase if I were going to be in the store. I had made a purchase...of food and not a drink. I had already thrown the paper out by the time she saw me and was just working. She could have easily asked someone if I made a purchase rather than approach me with other people around. With everything going on with the economy, I don't need to give starbucks my money. I can go straight to dutch bros and trust I will. Smh

LAZY! Every time I order from here they always get my drink wrong !! Today I ordered thru DoorDash a venti matcha with syrups and cold foam and instead I received a plain iced matcha.
I only drink black coffee, but Janell is amazing and should probably be the store manager

This is the best Starbucks Store I have ever been to and the best service I have received from Starbucks since I started going back in 2002 so for 23 years, all of the employees have been great , service is fast fast fast And the quality of the drinks are consistent. I absolutely love this new store , it's pretty and the location is extremely convenient.
