I visited this location just now at 6:20pm on 12/23/23. It’s a young man and young woman in there. I’m not sure if the young man is new but if he is, SUBWAY y’all is wrong!!! He had to ask me what goes on an Italian bmt! The girl was in the back didn’t bother trying to help him. He had my sandwich so messy I told him I didn’t want it! Now I understand if you are new, and if he is new he definitely don’t need to making sandwiches right now by himself! Subway Do BETTER!!

So now I'm going to have to add to my review. We ordered again yesterday and I really don't understand how they can show a picture of this sandwich and send it out with very little meat and still charge so much for it. I ordered the #17 Garlic Roast Beef and I could have received more meat ordering my Cold Cut Combo. There was only 4 pieces of meat on my sandwich. Don't get me wrong the garlic aioli is amazing and has a great garlic flavor and I could definitely see using it on a salad or in some other type of cooking but even with the small amount of veggies that I had on there it still was more than meat. I'm also upset that I used the buy 1 get 1 for half of and ordering 5 subs I only got less than 3 dollars off as my discount. I hate to say that even though they may order from Subway I'm still going to Jersey Mike's for my subs. (Precious post)While I was babysitting my great niece over the weekend on Sunday before I left my nephew and niece in law decided to order Subway for lunch. We got delivery and ease of the app is always great but the food wasn't. I've never had any issues with Subway before and their subs are always delicious and on point. I ordered from the Elite menu wanting a bigger Sub (ingredient wise) but the 3 of us agreed that we would have received more from the classic menu. The subs consisted of the #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch, the #1 Elite The Philly on flatbread and the #1 The Philly on Italian Herb and Cheese bread. They did have the double cheese, and came with the toppings we requested but neither of them were toasted and most of the toppings were on one half of the subs almost like everything slid to one side. But our biggest complaint was the meat or lack of, again we could have received more from the classic menu which is what we will order from if we order from here again. Just to have a half decent sub we put the toppings from one half to the other and we had a half classic and since we couldn't toast them we had to microwave them. If I ever get another sub from Subway (this location or the Mesquite location where I live) it will only b me going into the restaurant to watch them make my sub the correct way. I tried calling them several times and I one ever answered except twice, once to be on hold and never picked back up and once when they picked up and hung it up on me. I'm so disappointed in Subway, they let me down, I won't be suggesting them when I'm at their house again.

The A.C was out and it said 97 degrees in there Poor kids! The young lady made the best veggies sandwich I’ve ever had! Y’all are not treating your employees right for your AC to be out for 3 weeks in 100+ degree weather. They deserve more respect ! Y’all could have even bought some temp fans or something smh.

Normally the sandwiches are good and there's a decent selection of chips and cookies. Today there were no cookies. The chip required restocking. This is the second time this month I've stopped by and both times there was only one employee. I don't know if someone is in the back but I'm only seeing one employee. If this is the case its unfair to him and speaks volumes regarding how little customer service and customer retention matters.

Experienced Incompetent Staff with poor customer service. My husband placed an online order, paid extra for avacado on one of our sandwiches. I made it home & that sandwich did not have avocado on it. I called the store to let them know that it was left off. The worker that answered the phone said " oh we out of avocado" and was ready to hang up without offering a solution. I had to ask for a refund. (avocado only) She then said "let me see if I can do it" I said if you can't (refund to my card) can I just come to the store for a refund and she said " you can" I drove all the way back to the store only to be told by her that I couldn't be refunded then she lied & said she didn't fix my sandwich or tell me that I could come to the store for a refund. Another worker intervened and said that since it was an online order they couldn't refund me and that there was no manager there....again offering no solution. I asked her to get in touch with a manager because had I been given my options over the phone I would not have made another trip to the store.She got a manager on the phone & he was just as incompetent as the workers & handled the situation in an unsatisfactory manner as well.The extra charge was only a couple of dollars but the way this store's staff handled this matter was terrible & I will not be going back.
