The restaurant it self is good. The food fresh, its aways clean. The owner is another thing. If you order for delivery and door dash doesn't deliver, the owner will bot give you a refund!

The worst customer service ever. I was first told they only could take cash. I had cash on me. The tuna look like paste and I ask could they bring some fresh tuna out. She (African American) she brought some out . I ask her could you make my tuna sandwich before she add the old nasty tuna left in the container. I guess the attitude started at this point. Then she left a gap when she as adding the tuna and I asked could she put another scoop where she left the gap. She added a small amount and told the cashier to charge me for the extra scoop. She didn't mention the coupon scanner wasn't working. Therefore I couldn't use my coupon. The footlong and I had a six in sandwich. The total was $22 and some change. If I knew the coupon scanner wasn't working I would have left and went to another subway. I left the sandwiches on the counter and walked out. I have told family and friends do not go to this subway ever. I been trying to call Subway Corporate office number, no luck . My next step is to report this to BBB Headquarters. Next time place a sign on your door saying cash only, coupon scanner not working. Lettuce never fresh and tuna it's a hit or missed. Also it's not clean inside this business. This location is horrible. I literally just witnessed the manager hang up in a customer's face after an employee called the manager because the employee was unable to accommodate the customer. On top of that I get the exact same sandwich every single time yet somehow the price constantly fluctuates. A new manager is desperately needed at this location.

Nice little subway off pleasant run rd in lancaster. Not busy at all. Plenty of parking. The honey Chipotle is famous they ran out of sauce. Subway for me is always a great healthy answer to not knowing what you want for dinner.

Worst place and most racist I've ever had the misfortune of wanting to patron. I wouldn't recommend it to my dog. The customer service is incorrigible. I will never ever go there again. I wouldn't even waste my spit on the building.

This place should be your last result, DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Customer service is terrible from management down to CSR. I had the most frustrating experience with them today, asked for just a swap of meats because the chicken they served wasn’t white meat it’s dark uncooked chicken. A simple exchange that’ll could’ve been made turned into me having contacting the unprofessional owner I argued with to get a refund.

Terrible customer service. STOLE my money and refused to refun it or fill my order. Ordered online and chose delivery. The receipt was delivered to my email from Subway. They evidently use Doordash delivery and I later got notice it was delivered. Except it wasn't. I called the store and the lady tells me since Doordash picked it up I should contact them. I did that and Doordash explained that they would have to refund or refill the order since they took the money and they had not record of it in their system. Upon reviewing the receipt for the order and delivery more closely, I realized there was NO street address. I called the store again and no one answered so I drove there. Even after viewing the receipts the lady refused to take responsibility for sending out an order without a street address and insisted I needed to get my money from Doordash because they picked it up even though they collected the money. Because it's their contracted delivery service it is there responsibility to either refund my money or refill my order because they sent it our without an address or try to get their money from Doordash because whoever did the delivery lied and said they delivered it when they had not street number to do so. The worker was rude and argumentative and the owner kept repeating that I need to get a refund from Doordash and hung up. It's not even the money, it's the principal. THEY collected the money, THEY use Doordash and THEY sent out an order without an address. That makes it THEIR responsibility to take care of. You should not own a store in a community where you clearly do not value and respect your customers. I eventually drove to another town with a Subway to get my sandwich. I do intend to dispute this charge when it posts to my card and I would advise individuals to boycott this store because they are disrespectful and don't value their customers.

Very unsatisfactory service. Not able to get what sauces you want without being charged extra. That don’t let you get sub crunches on your sandwich. They don’t let you order your sandwich as you would like it. I walked out left my sandwich and went somewhere else. Anything you ask for they say they have to call and ask the manager. They don’t cater to customers like at all. I literally hate this location. I drive to a different location for my sandwiches and it’s sad because I live next door to this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

Ms ursula had an issue when my wife decided to order 4 of the red sauce, and had an issue giving so and told her 4 was too much. She insisted on paying for them and was told they aren't able to ring up. Their customer service was very rude and unprofessional. Do better

The cashier stated that they can only take $3 in coins. I only had $5 in quarters. Before checking me she shook her head and said “oh my god” like it was so inconvenient for her to count some quarters. I’m not sure if she just didn’t know how to count money or what but this rubbed me the wrong way. Then lied and said her manager told her to do it who wasn’t not there at the time when I asked to speak to someone.

I just left my sandwich there and walked out. Wasted product because of $5 in quarters is crazy
