The workers are rude and doesn’t understand you at all. They don’t speak when you come in, and they are always in the back. When asked for more sauce, the guy went to speaking Spanish to tell me that he doesn’t understand me. I am Hispanic myself so if they treated me like this, I can only imagine how they treat the customers that’s not of Hispanic descent. Need to fire the whole staff.

I came here on today 8/12/23 around 755pm, there is racism going on in this store, the white guy that worked tonight tried his hardest to not fix my sandwich, I stood there, he never said hello or anything he fumbled with gloves until a white couple came in just to prevent to serve me! IF YOU ARE OF COLOR DO NOT STEP INTO THIS LOCATION!!!

I just left Subway and the service was amazing. The young man training a young lady on her first day was very patient and professional. The young lady was cheerfull and pleased to learn and willing to do her very best. And another young man made sure the transaction and service ran smoothly.Their fun attitudes had me smiling as l walked away. Keep up the great work guys.

Today is June 2 we got to the restraunt 20mins before close waited in line. When we were finally next mind you there was only two people ahead of us , the female told us that it would be up to her coworker if they were gonna attend to us. While tge people ahead of us were ordering she was just putting stuff away. Both employees mumbled smirked and rolled their eyes while we waited. The male rolled his eyes then asked what did you want to order . We decided to leave and said never mind we'll leave they smirked and said thank you sarcasticly. They had turned off the light and there was 3 people behind us and they told them the same thing that it was up to him if they would serve them. It had just hit 9 when they got to us and they said we are closed and got to clean. One: if the young lady would have been helping they would have been done before 9. Two: i would think if we got there for closing and been waiting why not serve us. Three: the eye rolls, smirks and rude gestures could have gone without... SUBWAY DO BETTER! I will no longer be visiting the place neither will my company thank you.

Bread was old, i said I didn’t want it toasted they toasted it anyway. Upon calling the store over 15 times I was hung up on and when I would call back they picked up and just held the phone. None of the veggies were fresh or anything. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

This subway's prices, are absolutely outrageous! The owner should be ashamed for price gouging. 6 inch, #9 "The Champ," is $6.99-$7.50, at all Subways. Here, it is $11.00! 12 inch, is usually $10.50. Here it is $14.00. Good thing there are plenty of other locations around. Good luck, ripping off your customers!

Poor customer service. They are a non participating location. Meaning they don't honor Subway's special promotions or coupons. Don't visit this false advertising establishment.

With Lancaster being so small very disappointed in this location. They never participate in any of the national deals or discounts. I will be driving to Desoto or Dallas locations going forward. They are also always out of items.

Malibu Blue

Ordered through Doordash. Wrap had bacon on it which I did not ask for. Also was made extremely sloppy. This is literally how my wrap looked on the bottom when I flipped it over. Won’t be ordering from here again.
