The Customer Service could be better. I get it's fast food but if a mistake is made by the restaurant don't treat the paying customers like we are the ones that made the error. That is not how it works. Do better drive thru personal.

This location is horrible. They are always out of something. I went here yesterday they were out of large cups and hot and mild sauce. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Food was great and in a timely manner. Great customer service skills. Very friendly. I've been here many times and never had issues with my orders. Definitely the best Taco Bell in the area by far.

Pulled up to pick up a DoorDash order and sat in the drive thru forever because the employees didn't want to do their job (they were legit surprised when we pulled up??) So we had to wait for them to literally scramble to put together her order. And then the a line formed behind us lol

Horrible service...Is it customary for customers to prop their feet on the tables/booth? Walked in w/plans to dine in, saw that & left. Employees in the back goofing off...hadn't been here in years, definitely won't be

0 stars. I ordered 4 Mexican pizzas. NONE of them had sauce on them and they had a horrible after taste. I'm pretty sure the tortillas were OLD. Tasted like cardboard box with beans and cheese. And I love Mexican pizza from taco bell but I usually don't go to this location...now I know why. Everything went in the trash. Don't waste your money here.

In real time: Walked in, not one word was said. We said hello real quick and dashed into the RR. The ladies ? had no toilet paper! The attendant sign clearly said, "we clean RR every 30 min". Well that's a lie! It s/h said, " we clean every 30 DAYS". My husband said the men's restroom ? was flooded...how gross. So after the RR, we went to the counter and I promise we stood there for 4 min. There were 4 workers behind the counter that said NOTHING while they saw us standing there. When we asked for help the young guy told us to order from the kiosk....that clearly is not working. All I can do is smh. I understand ppl don't want to work, but if you don't want to work the inside, close the lobby! We asked for the Mgr, she took 10 min to come. When she finally came, she was so nonchalant....again, smh!Customer service once again is a thing of the past! You want a check, but you don't want to actually work for it!

Using self-checkout at Taco Bell epitomizes poor customer service and reflects lazy work ethic. Firstly, Taco Bell prides itself on its quick-service model, yet self-checkout adds an unnecessary layer of complexity. Customers must navigate the system themselves, often leading to confusion and frustration, especially for those less tech-savvy. This detracts from the efficiency Taco Bell aims to achieve. Moreover, self-checkout undermines the human element of customer service. Interactions with staff allow for personalization, empathy, and the opportunity to address any specific needs or concerns. By relegating customers to machines, Taco Bell fails to prioritize their experience and diminishes the chance for positive engagement. Additionally, self-checkout can lead to increased errors and delays. Without a dedicated staff member overseeing transactions, issues like payment failures or incorrect orders may go unnoticed, resulting in dissatisfaction among customers. Furthermore, implementing self-checkout reflects a lazy work culture. Instead of investing in sufficient staff training and ensuring a smooth operational process, Taco Bell opts for a shortcut that places the burden on customers. This suggests a lack of commitment to providing quality service and an unwillingness to invest in employee development. Overall, relying on self-checkout at Taco Bell not only hinders the customer experience but also signifies a disregard for customer satisfaction and a complacent attitude towards work standards.

I really dislike this Taco Bell. They are rude and very much ghetto. The girl at the drive thru doesn’t say a word when you get to the window. She also gave me my food while holding onto my card to also give it back and it almost fell she didn’t even say anything.I wish people would not go into hospitality with messed up attitudes.
