The food is good the employees are are but I don’t like the fax I never see them wash thier HANDS in between fixing order are changing thier gloves that can be cross contamination are give people salmonella please ask them to wash the hand they be fixing food touching button whapping off counter NEVER CHANGE GLOVES are washing thier hand 🙁

Patronize Lancaster Taco Casa on Dallas Avenue on Monday. I noticed they had a text number for discounts on tacos if you text to join the Lancaster Taco Club. Today I went ordered the free taco from the text, the manager said they no longer offer the club. I asked why is there a text join club sign on the kiosk and pick up window. She forgot to take it down. I asked for the Area Manager name Steve and the manager name too. What a disappointment? How do you conveniently forget to take down text to join club? Sorry management and poor customer service!!! Manager needs training!

I visited Taco Casa #104 on October 29, 2024, around 6:08 PM. While waiting in the drive-thru, I observed an interaction between the cashier and a previous customer that seemed unprofessional. I observed the same behavior with the previous customer.
When it was my turn, the cashier took my order and payment. Upon receiving my change, he intentionally discarded it on the ground, an action I believe was intentional, disrespectful. This is the same behavior I observed between the cashier and the previous customer.
I hope this feedback can be addressed to improve customer service standards at this location. This cashier could lead to potential financial losses for the business with this type of behavior.

Got there at 10 and they were already closed, called the number and was hung up on.
I usually frequent the Taco Casa off of Wheatland which is actually further away from where I am, but I pass by that location more frequent. However, on this day, I decided to go up the street since my kids wanted Tacos. I’ve been here before when they first opened but that experience was weird during Covid. So I decided to check em out again and instead of going in like I normally do, I went through the drive-thru. INSTANTANEOUSLY, “UM YEAH! PLACE YOUR ORDER!” I hadn’t even had a chance to glance at the menu yet! So I go, “Yes! Give me a second please so that I can look at the menu…” I almost ended that sentence with a “B”. So as I am looking at the menu, hear smacking and then a heavy exhale of breath as if she’s getting irritated because I am trying to see the menu. So I asked for the bundle, half crunchy and half soft tacos. Which is under $24.. But when I added sour cream to 3 of the tacos, the bill came to $36! How does 3 squirts of sour cream take it to nearly a 50% increase??? I drove to the window, ready to pay was then told that an error was made and the sour cream wasn’t added???? The total THEN became $39. I paid it because we were hungry. When we got home, this goofy added sour cream to everything… So she didn’t even get the order right. I tell ya what though, WE WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!
Parking: It’s attached to a gas station but, no one really goes in. So there’s usually plenty of room for parking.

Tacos shells were stale. I called and no apology was given, instead I was asked to come back to replace the stale tacos? Oh and I was told I could have eaten them too late? I ordered them @ 1:41PM and called 2p minutes later? 1⭐?
