Horrible customer service!! I sat in the drive thru for over 40 minutes!!! Watched them make several people’s orders that came inside the store and paid while I was at the window. Finally asked them what the wait was and they said they still have to make one more super salad…. They have one made sitting on the counter so this super salad been sitting here the whole 30 minutes and you still haven’t made another one but you want to serve me this? So one is fresh and one is soggy?? No ma’am refund me now! Then Gives me a receipt that says 0.00 paid and no card number on it we will see in the morning if my money is back in the bank. Horrible service then the older Hispanic gentleman was trying to help but he can’t really understand that well. Use to visit this location several times a week. Not no more the last couple times has been trash service and tonight was the final straw!
The customer service is the worst!!! They need a complete overhaul on employees. They are extremely RUDE to be making tacos. The rude teenager manager with the nasty attitude needs to be replaced for more mature management with better customer service!!!

Keeps forgetting parts of orders. I ordered some casa delights to go with my nachos, when i got home, they weren't in my bag. Even after going over my order around 3 to 4 times it STILL was forgotten about.

They wanted me to refund my entire order just to take off 2 sweet teas which were anything but sweet. Then ring my order back up less the two drinks which meant even though I would have gotten my money back in 3-5 business days, I would have been out of $60, just to return $3..... please make me make sense of this madness. Never again
