The worst burger joint you’ll go to. Just drive up the road to the next one. Waited in the drive thru for sooooo LONG & there was literally ONE car in front. Also the place looks disgusting. The staff is rude and inattentive. Horrible customer service.

Honestly one of the worst places to eat at. Not only is the food poorly thrown together and everything seems like it’s being rushed there’s no gentle preparation with the food.

I ordered pancakes one time They were burnt around the edges. The hashbrowns was hard.

I order the bacon burger one day the onions was hugeeeee like they didn’t even try dicing them They gave me the butt of the tomato and Piled bacon on Top of all of that…..

The customer service is very poor. Especially from the one little girl at the drive-through with the braids. It seems like everything is a problem with her seems like she doesn’t want to do anything other than slam the window.
She’s rude and doesn’t offer customer service at all.

And Lord, don’t get me started on the wait time. The wait time is terrible. It’s about 25 minutes per order. And it’s not that they have a lack of employees because it’s always full. I think it may be due to the fact of them just standing around talking.

Honestly, I’m not coming back and I really do. Hope management does something about this location because quite honestly it’s a disgrace to the Whataburger franchise.

Slow customer service. Second time here. The first time I waited like 3 minutes inside and a couple workers saw me but they didn't tell anyone I was waiting at the counter.

Second time they were slow to make stuff plus again had to wait like 3 minutes to be assisted

My entire problem is with the service. I come here alot because it's right down the street from my work. And I have held off on posting this review for the chance that I might have a good experience but I'm done coming here. The staff needs to be trained way better in customer service. They are always rude, interrupt, and dont acknowledge you when YOU try to be polite. These people don't even smile. It really feels like "give me your money and get out".

Night Shift Employee MICHELLE was very rude and had an attitude the entire interaction. I was nice and she even hung up because I asked if they could drop fresh fries because the previous order they gave me OLD FRIES DROPPED IN GREASE! Please Michelle find another job if you’re unhappy about your current job.

On our way to Dallas. This WB was full with a baseball team on top of normal Saturday lunchers and takeouts, but still friendly and clean. Something about buns has certainly changed in the past couple of years, not as soft as previous, sometimes pretty darn stiff. Service a little slower but workers thanked patrons. Thank you.
