My entire problem is with the service. I come here alot because it's right down the street from my work. And I have held off on posting this review for the chance that I might have a good experience but I'm done coming here. The staff needs to be trained way better in customer service. They are always rude, interrupt, and dont acknowledge you when YOU try to be polite. These people don't even smile. It really feels like "give me your money and get out".

Night Shift Employee MICHELLE was very rude and had an attitude the entire interaction. I was nice and she even hung up because I asked if they could drop fresh fries because the previous order they gave me OLD FRIES DROPPED IN GREASE! Please Michelle find another job if you’re unhappy about your current job.

On our way to Dallas. This WB was full with a baseball team on top of normal Saturday lunchers and takeouts, but still friendly and clean. Something about buns has certainly changed in the past couple of years, not as soft as previous, sometimes pretty darn stiff. Service a little slower but workers thanked patrons. Thank you.

I just left the drive thru and y’all night manager is rude and don’t know how to do her job. 1st she never turned off the drive thru microphone and was talking rude to the employees and when I told her I had online order she told me to come in my order was ready. My order wasn’t ready I had to wait an additional 15mins for my order. She was mad that the cook was doing all the drive orders before mine she was slamming orders on the the prepping table. She dropped my food on the floor and put my food in another bag gave me a dry apple pie. I’m never going back there at night no more I don’t know how that lady became manager.

We asked for bbq and buffalo sauce we even paid for it and only got ketchup we didn’t even ask for it.They made us pull up and wait for like 10 minutes.We asked for NO tomatoes and we all got tomatoes,although the food did hit the spot

I was there when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant but the drive through was busy, around 5:15 PM. There was no staff to take the order. The manager and others were busy counting cash, though a couple of customers including me were waiting to give orders. They didn't even look at the customers. Finally a kind young lady came from the drive through order counter and took my order. This is not a good for Whataburger which is a Texas tradition for most of us. Hopefully they can do better the next time I visit that location.
