Drove past the whatabuger on Lancaster road because their food is always horrible only to get bad food from this location, my bun was soggy, fries were cold and half filled, hamburger pattie’s seemed like they had been sitting in water.

First off…. If youre on a time limit dont stop here! Stopped by at 6:30am with 2 cars infront of me and at 6:55am i still had one in front of me. You think waiting for so long you’d have fresh tasting food but nopeee! Ive came a few different times throughout the day and they are always slllllowwwwww!
This is one of the grossest water burgers I've had to experience. Our order was wrong, and the bathrooms were SO GROSS AND SMELLY. And you know what they say about the quality of a restaurant can be strongly based on their bathroom cleanliness. I so regret making my family stop here.

If you are just getting something small u should be in and out but if u trying order a meal you gonna wait about 20 mins they are stuck on slow and do not try to move fast at all not a bad place but service is very slow there!

This is the worst WB in the DFW area and could be better but poor management. My order was poorly made, had to wait because Manager and staff were in her office joking around. My hamburger had hard chunks of lettuce, a bunch of onions not ordered and no tomatoes. Dined in and still they put my food in a sack. They paid no attention to detail. They are an embarrassment to the franchise.
