Curbside is a joke. My salad was supposed to be ready at 8:38. It’s 8:55 and I am still waiting. It’s hardly anyone inside and the drive thru line has cleared up so there is no excuse. This happens all the time. Very disappointing.

I know everybody is low staff. I know whataburger is the go to spot after dark but waiting in line for an hour is crazy!!!!!!! Not only that got cold food two nights in a row!

Wow I wish I had the name of the cashier/manager that helped me. She was a Wow best customer service ever. She was on a roll. I loved the way she was handling a rush. Good job Whataburger take care of these type of employees. Thank you I gave her a verbal compliment.
