First of all there were wayy too many people working in the kitchen day after Christmas. This location had become my “go to” because they were on point consistent- always fresh and delicious -but tonight will keep me away. The food is disheartening- how do you mess up Voodoo Fries??- it was not fresh- poor quality and presentation..I had so many complaints on my order. The kitchen was in utter chaos and overcrowded ..big mistake!

Got here at 120 & waited for an order that was sitting in the shelf the entire time. It’s 140, we literally been sitting here looking at each other, then when I ask, she grab the uber order off the shelf. HORRIBLE

I just called because I placed an order on DoorDash I called the store to find out what was going on I actually called earlier after placing the order to request for spicy Lemmon pepper (I have done this before with no issues) unfortunately I couldn’t get through to the store so after an hour waiting I see my dasher is still waiting on my order so I call the store and a young lady answers the phone when I explain how I placed a DoorDash order and I give my name she tells me that my order has to be remade and it’s going to be another hour so I ask since my order is going to be remade can they make it spicy Lemmon pepper she seemed new and not very knowledgeable so I ask for a manager the guy I spoke with o explained and he says I have to pay more so I ask are each flavors different prices? Because I’m confused how I have to pay more for a flavor especially since I’m told it’s going to be remade then he acts confused so I asked are you a manager and he says yes I ask for a name and he hangs up on me so I call again and ask for the manager and I’m placed on hold which I’m still on hold for going on 9 minutes

Said the food be ready in 20 to 30 minutes took a hour they had the music blasting couldn't here a simple conversation food was cold when I got my order corn was way over spiced 😫
