Went to Wingstop last week. I'm not sure what's going on with this location. The food was horrible made me and my husband sick. I should have known better when the cook wasnt wearing but one glove will handling food. The front desk clerk not sure what was going on with her either. The entire crew that was working was not put together well. It was a whole trashy environment. We will find a new location

Online orders IDs are not checked making it so easy for fraudulent charges it's like this at all of the others as well. They won't refund my money I live in Oklahoma and this is in Lancaster California imagine that. I will keep posting updates.

The little girl at the front counter with red and black twist braids that wears glasses is rude as hell. I asked for more dry seasonings on my food and she told me their only allowed to put so much. When I know for a fact that I can get more seasoning. Then I ordered fries and ranch when I picked up my order and when it was ready she threw my bag on the counter and walked away. She did not inform me that it was my order. But the next customer she handed him his food with a smile on her face. This is totally unacceptable and I will not be back and will not let anyone I know come here either.

I always love the personality from the girls at the front ! Top tier ! The new girl Kayla ? Was very sweet and bubbly . You can tell that’s she really happy to work here ! I witnessed a lady being very rude to her for no reason at all and she definitely handled it well . I hope Kayla grows at this location her personality can definitely turn your day around ! Great job Kayla !
Phones are never picked up walked in and all the workers where hanging out laughing in the kitchen didn’t even realize I walked in was starting to place my order when the computer wouldn’t start the worker giggled and told me to order online. Waste of time. Go to cedar hill they are a lot more professional

I asked for extra well done and definitely didn’t receive what I asked for the chicken was soft no crisp to it at all. I personally only eat well done chicken, don’t offer a service if you’re incapable of delivering. 2nd time this happened,I will never go back to this location. Don’t waste your time at this location go somewhere else you will not get what you asked for!

I don't always order from wingstop, but after the order I placed from Uber Eats. Never again. I called and asked if they can make sure my ranch and napkins are in the bag. Upon receiving my order. No napkins and bag full of grease. Its like they gave me a big box of grease. Waste of money, the wings tasted terrible! I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth after eating a couple wings, and I threw the rest out. I had wingstop in the past, but it never tasted the way it did from this place.
