Ok my sandwich wasn’t bad but yall a bit heavy handed with the salt on the fries must have dumped the entire bag of salt in the batch I got it’s okay to do a light sprinkle. I like to dip my fries in the ranch I was tasting more salt than ranch.

This place is absolutely terrible. Food is terrible, the workers are terrible (and slow), and the environment is terrible. Explain to me how it takes almost an hour to fry and bag 3 sides of fries? No combo meals, nothing else, just fries. The employees will tell you that your food is ready “now” and have you wait 20 extra minutes just to tell you that your food is still being bagged. (Just fries, nothing else.)

The food is terribly inconsistent. Too many time we order wings and fries that we have to put into the air fryer when we get home.
The last two times we ordered, they left something out and we had to wait, which leads to the food quality being even worse than usual.
The people working are usually nice enough, but it’s apparent that some of them care much less than others.
I don’t know why we bother, except that it’s close to home.
Customer service is a joke in this store. The so called “manager” is rude, the food is always wrong or missing something and it takes FOREVER to get it, even if you place the order ahead of time..

My carry out order was short. I ordered the 30 piece care classic, and there were 28 wings in it. Additionally, they were skimpy with the fries and veggie sticks. I called to inform them about my order missing two wings. I asked if they would add two wings to my next order or send me a gift card. Instead, they stated I can come pick up two wings or have a $2 credit. I paid more than $1 per wing, and I was not driving back there from home for two wings. If I return, it may be the last time because of the poor service.

Just go to a different location. Even when you order online, get there and the screen they use says your food is ready it’s not. So annoying. The point of ordering online is so I don’t have to get here and still wait.
The workers don’t care until the store stops making money and gets shut down and they have to find new jobs.

Place is a joke. Placed an online order 45 minutes in advance, went to pick up, and food was not ready. Received my order 20 minutes later. All but one of the staff was sitting in the back on their phones. Do not recommend wasting time going to this location.
