Poor management. Poor processes. Avoid ordering via delivery apps. They dont check who takes your order. I had placed an order and someone else took it. When my driver showed up to pick it up, it was gone. Person kept stating they could make it again because they were losing money. Not my damn problem for your mistakes.

The pizza here absolutely never disappoints. The crust is always fresh, and the cheese is always flavorful. Perfect for a party or just for yourself, the pizza is always enough to make you feel satisfied. No matter the toppings, the pizza will be a delightful treat, although I do not recommend getting the wings.

For the 3rd I have had my order cancelled on door dash. Also when I go in person they smrake soon long. To top it off there are nothing but little kids running the counter and she just don't have what ot takes to run an efficient pizzeria. The pizza though is very good, but not if never gets to me.

Fine pizza but they won’t give you a water cup. They force you to pay for a bottle instead. I will never come back, it’s completely inconsiderate. Also, it’s hot inside and poorly air conditioned.

The pizza, wings, and cheesy breadsticks were delicious!!
Our order included a pizza with wings, and the wings (5) arrived almost an hour after we got our pizza. Other customers complained about the ice machine not working and staff kept saying there was no issue with it when clearly there was. The business place is always warm (makes me think if it’s intentional to minimize electrical bills at the expense of temperature discomfort, or if their AC needs immediate service and has continued to be ignored). The absence of replies to negative reviews altogether shines a light on the business’s lack of care for their customers’ experience.
550’s marketing is impeccable, but should be backed with an equally rich experience. It pains me leaving this review, especially for a reputable and locally owned business. Please provide staff with better training on active listening and acceptable food readiness. They say time is money and today I lost both.

Growing up on the east coast, N.Y.,N.J. and Philly pizza is my go to. And in Laredo there is a shortage of good pizza. 550 is the best and closest, to east coast pizza you will ever find in Laredo. Hands down best pizza spot in south TX. This place will not disappoint.
