The service was good, and the coffee was excellent. However, the music was excessively loud, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, I am puzzled by the request for tips. Traditionally, tipping is customary in full-service restaurants, not coffee shops. This practice is a significant turn-off for me.

I love this location, great customer service and upbeat employees :) Tanisha was so helpful and cheerful. She also let me know of the event they’re having tomorrow, very excited to come back again for that. Got our drinks quickly <3
