Food and service as usual was great. However, this time the music was too loud. So loud the speakers had a buzzing sound as if they were about to blow the speakers. One couldn't even have a conversation without yelling at each other.

Roaches!!!! Went to the back to pay with apple pay and multiple small roaches crawl from underneath utensil holder. Terrible service, terrible food. Never again.
Sat at the bar top, got hosted and waited on by Roman. All night this individual is in all the sections, helping behind the bar, other sections, running food, staying on TOP OF IT. The manager, Jose, was standing so still not helping in any fashion I was comparing him to a C-section cuz labor was not for him. I figured the least this gentleman could do was hear the compliment Roman deserved.
He proceeds to bash and negate the hard work I was complimenting in true disbelief I’d have a kind word to say…..
Having seen him ignore tables whose otherwise busy servers who were consumed by the usual Friday night weeds, I couldn’t believe he’d have the audacity to block a servers flowers. No good leader would ignore guests and diss a hardworking crew memeber’s compliments on real time.

Steak was way over cooked and they didn't understand what medium rare means. Food was way to expensive for the service and quality. Definitely not what you would expect from other locations I've been to.

Unpleasant to say the least. I sat at the bar. I will say the bartender did ask what drink I wanted right away. I asked for a bud light draft. She poured something but it wasn't a bud light. I wanted to order food but could not get her attention. I'm not one to raise my hand like a school child or shout across the bar. I look directly at a server until they make eye contact. After waiting 10 minutes she walked into the back. As well, the music was very loud and there was only about 20 customers in the restaurant. I regard Applebee's as a sports themed bar, but this place had 10 TVs on the news and 2 small TVs airing the same football game. Another person came to the bar that only worked on making mixers and chatting with servers. I finally asked them if I could place an order and they said in a moment. A few minutes later the original bartender came and asked for my order. I ordered an appetizer plate. It came pretty soon, barely warm, with one item I didn't want, and one sauce instead of three I asked for. Then a server came out with a remote control and turned the music up louder! At the same time I saw the other bartender at the draught taps trying to pour a beer (from the same tap as my bud light) with too much foam. They kept scooping foam off of the top, then pouring a little beer from a shorter glass in it. They took three minutes to pour a beer when obviously the keg needed replacement. Just an observation of plain laziness. I didn't feel like finishing my food and surprisingly, the bartender came right away with my check. I had a similar experience there in the past, but I was close by so I thought I would give them another chance. There are good Applebee's and I have a few on my favorite's list. Not this one, so I won't be back.

Must be updated ASAP. (NORTH CREEK LOC.) Need to work the lines for the draft beer alot of time beer taste flat. Service is alwayspleasant, food is good, and they always have deals!

Just left the place and we was not happy with service at all, even with and almost empty restaurant we asked for drink refills and never got them, waiter comes 10 min later and brings tab , she also said I can take drinks to go !! Ate only half burger as I was choking .
