Not sure why, but I can almost never buy a pretzel here. It’s closed most of the time. And almost always they don’t have any pretzels. It’s always 10-15 cups. 🙄

I’ve always enjoyed Auntie Anne’s products, but my recent experience with management left a lot to be desired! Unfortunately, the store’s manager displayed a concerning unprofessional behavior, there seemed to be a lack of care for the employees, including clear negligence. My daughter used to work there and I noticed from the manager poor communication, dismissive attitudes, and an overall lack of support for staff! This kind of management is not only unfair to the workers but also impacts the quality of service, I hope corporate addresses these issues so that both employees and customers have a better experience in the future!! System has always been down everything I went couldn't even get a BOGO preztal on auntie annes day I once even ordered an auntoe annes preztal through the app and luckily we got it with some trouble but anything other than the system it's perfect 10/10 taste 9/10 drinks 0/10 system
