Coffee is good, but they don’t have any of the pastries in the menu posted in google. The only thing they offer is the Nutella croissant and brownies.

Yesterday, Sunday, I visited the place for the first time. The girl who helped us was very friendly in her service. But the sandwiches and coffee were not the best. The banana cake was hard and the coffee milk was burnt, which makes the coffee taste bitter. The place was full (I found it normal) but that's how full the trash can was, as was the only available table, which they didn't clean. I had to bring the dishes (from previous customers) to the bar. And in the same way, when I finished my sandwich, I brought my plates to the bar and the first dishes that I had brought were still there.

A single person tending the premises (charging, making coffee and warming up the sandwiches). After a few minutes a man arrived, who just sat at the bar looking at his phone. And he smiled when he brought the dirty dishes to the bar.

First impression of the place was not pleasant.

The place is cute but theirs a female worker that's rude and her responses were so condescending for no reason when I asked a question about the menu. Will not be returning.

I flew into town for a work trip and was looking for a coffee. A friend recommended me Black and White Coffee House, and I am so glad they did! The staff here is so friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy, and the drinks and pastries are so delicious. I originally came in for a mocha, but I ended up ordering an iced mocha, matcha latte, brown sugar boba coffee, butter croissant, and cinnamon coffee cake because they all sounded delicious. And they truly were! I have been dreaming about their drinks and pastries now that I’m back home.

First off, this place smells heavenly.
Like i know coffee spots do but this place somehow just punches heavenly aromas into my brain.
It's also super cozy and the staff are friendly but not like that gross cheesy friendly.
I got a simple latte with the waffle and it was just a nice serene meal while i sat after work kicked my @$$ ahahaha!
10/10 would bring my friends

This is my favorite coffee shop in all of Laredo. My friend and I come here all the time and we've always had a great experience. It's the perfect place to get some work done, catch up with friends, or enjoy a treat in a welcoming atmosphere. The baristas are very kind and attentive, and the food and drinks are delicious. I highly recommend it 🙌

I used to really like this coffee shop, but my visit 11-25- 24, was disappointing due to poor customer service. I didn’t recognize the girl who served me, and she was quite rude. When I asked if they had croissants (I only asked because they are always out when I've gone in the past), she simply told me to look at the menu, the same response when I inquired about the coffee syrup flavors. I ordered a latte and a croissant, only to discover they were out of croissants. Overall, I was very let down by the service, and won’t be returning.

First visit and I didn’t receive our order until the people after us were served because “they were upset” therefore, they got their drinks (and food) before us. While I appreciate that this is a small business, this kind of service can deter customers from returning. Additionally, my latte tasted watered down.
