Black and White Coffee House

Yesterday, Sunday, I visited the place for the first time. The girl who helped us was very friendly in her service. But the sandwiches and coffee were not the best. The banana cake was hard and the coffee milk was burnt, which makes the coffee taste bitter. The place was full (I found it normal) but that's how full the trash can was, as was the only available table, which they didn't clean. I had to bring the dishes (from previous customers) to the bar. And in the same way, when I finished my sandwich, I brought my plates to the bar and the first dishes that I had brought were still there.

A single person tending the premises (charging, making coffee and warming up the sandwiches). After a few minutes a man arrived, who just sat at the bar looking at his phone. And he smiled when he brought the dirty dishes to the bar.

First impression of the place was not pleasant.

The place is cute but theirs a female worker that's rude and her responses were so condescending for no reason when I asked a question about the menu. Will not be returning.

I used to really like this coffee shop, but my visit 11-25- 24, was disappointing due to poor customer service. I didn’t recognize the girl who served me, and she was quite rude. When I asked if they had croissants (I only asked because they are always out when I've gone in the past), she simply told me to look at the menu, the same response when I inquired about the coffee syrup flavors. I ordered a latte and a croissant, only to discover they were out of croissants. Overall, I was very let down by the service, and won’t be returning.

First visit and I didn’t receive our order until the people after us were served because “they were upset” therefore, they got their drinks (and food) before us. While I appreciate that this is a small business, this kind of service can deter customers from returning. Additionally, my latte tasted watered down.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this coffee shop! From the moment I walk through the door, I am greeted by the warm smiles of the staff, who truly make my day brighter every single time. Their kindness and willingness to help create such a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.
The coffee here is nothing short of amazing! Each cup is crafted to perfection, rich in flavor, and absolutely delicious. I often find myself savoring every sip, feeling comforted and content. It’s a treat I look forward to daily!
What I love most about this place is the peaceful ambiance. It’s the perfect spot for me to settle in and get my homework done. The quiet environment allows me to focus and be productive, all while enjoying my favorite brew.
If you’re looking for a cozy place with exceptional coffee and a staff that feels like family, this is the place to be! I’m grateful to have found this little haven in my hometown. Thank you for consistently making my days better!

I’m moving away from Starbucks and coming here instead, most places are not so focused on coffees but this place is. I love coffee and the iced mocha is so good so are the teas. It’s delicious and the atmosphere is definitely worth drinking a cup of coffee in the shop.
Plus they allow service animals and I love that I bring my dog, they’ll give him a pup cup which is cute.

Very cute place, and the coffee was better than Starbucks. Super fresh! Tried the chocolate croissant and that was everything that i craved & more. 10/10!

Found this little gem of coffee shop and the owner Gabbi was very nice and the coffee was excellent

I have never been one to be obsessed with coffee shops but I really enjoy Black and White. There have been times where I worry about problems in my life but Black and White always had a way of making me forget about them and make me realize how good life is. The one thing I want to point is the excellent staff. They’re have an uplifting and positive attitude.They always make you feel like your family. I love this place and I highly recommend people to stop and enjoy a nice cup of coffee.

Worst customer service. Owner is so rude. Don’t go here.
