I want to preface this that I’ve never had this experience before any other time I’ve come here. I love to come to eat when I visit from Austin so I was disappointed in the way that my table was treated this morning. We understood that the waitress we had was likely in training as she was taking longer than anticipated along with not being familiar with the menu. My sister and I felt that our plates would likely come incorrectly. That’s exactly what happened, nonetheless, we were not upset we understood given what I mentioned earlier. However, we were then approached by a more senior waiting staff who then basically berated US for confusing the kitchen and not “understanding” what we ordered. My sister then stated that they can just forget her order that she’s fine. She was then told it was already on the bill ! She calmly told them that they can then take it off. I am usually a more levelheaded person who can brush things off, but the way we were talked down upon as if we were the problem made me literally lose my appetite. I asked for a to go box and a manger that has yet to come to our table 30 minutes later. This was a very unprofessional interaction.
Update: manager gave ZERO cares and based on some other reviews seems like this is unfortunately a common occurrence. Please do some retraining.

I had a really lovely experience at this place recently. The food was absolutely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The only small issue was the wait time for someone to take my order initially. Despite that minor delay, the overall quality of the service and food was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it. I plan to return soon!

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I had placed an order for my favorite dish and when it came back wrong I simply asked if it could be fixed. Then waiter came to my table and spoke to me in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner, completely ruining the meal. Talking about how next time I should order it how others order it. There was no reason for the tone or attitude—just unprofessional and downright nasty.
I have never felt so uncomfortable in a dining setting. Instead of feeling like a valued guest, I was made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed in front of others. Management did nothing to address the situation, which only made it worse.
I will never return and would strongly caution anyone considering this place. No food is worth being treated like that. It’s sad because this is where me and my friends like to brunch.

What can I say ... food portions are more than sufficient, taste and presentation are higher than compared to others in Laredo. Family restaurant, lots of room but it does stay full! There is also a bakery with alot of choices and pies! Plenty of parking. Definitely a favorite and will return. Thank you!

I had a great experience while visiting with my BFF. The food is great the waitress was very friendly & accommodating. I will definitely return.
This is a great spot (Hwy 59 or Saunders St.) to grab a quick bite and pick up something good from their bakery. Not speaking Spanish can be tricky but smiles are great ways to communicate here! Staff is exceeding friendly and eager to help. Open until 3 pm each day.
