There's already been several times I've came to this location and it's like no one wants to work or care about taking orders. The lady on the mic for drive thru had a tone in her voice that made it sound like she didn't want to take our order. When we got to the window she wasn't going to hand us the right drink from our order, and even after I specified no onions on my order. The bun was different from the whopper and there was no marking indicating I had asked for no onions, and that bit of info was ignored too. There needs to be an evaluation here because this shouldn't have to be the kind of experience I have every time I come here.

Went there a couple of minutes placed an order through the app and they got it all wrong. They added jalapeños when i never ordered jalapenos. I know they did that because they were about to close. Seriously worst burger king location in laredo.
