The other day I arrived with half an hour left before closing and ordered through the take-out window. I had a code from a survey that I did. The hamburger was free with the purchase of a soda and some fries. The person in charge of that shift didn't want to use it, but in the end If I accept it, they charged me for the cheese and when I got home I saw that they didn't add the cheese and the potatoes were cold, so I spoke on the phone and told the manager that I was going to go again and order the same thing, I told her that This time they will not charge me for the cheese since the day before they did not put it in and I arrived with fifteen minutes left and the lady who was at the window told me I can take your order and I told her that I had already spoken to the manager so the manager comes and she told me I already closed and I told her there are fifteen minutes left so she asked me, are you going to wait fifteen minutes for me to give it to her and I told her that if I told her that she shouldn't charge me for the potatoes since the ones she had given me the day before were cold and she answered me, I'm not going to give you anything, in fact, I'm not going to sell you anything. I told her that I should talk to corporate and she yelled at me and told me, talk to whoever you want because of that rude employee, Burger King lost a sale. that day and whataburger made one.

I hate to target specific people or judge a book by its cover, but the way this lady was behaving behind the cash register just gave me the ick. She was not only covered in hickeys, but she way she spoke was just repulsive ? not to mention all she was doing was chismeando instead of giving me my order. Like girl just give me my damn whopper so I can leave, Jesus Christ ?

Everything wat good but need to work on the buns of the burgers. It's to dry and sometimes to hard to eat . So I take of the top one any only eat the bottom one. But it's ok but I won't go anytime soon.

Ordered fries with no salt and got cold fries with salt. I asked the young man there if I could have fries no salt and got stale hot fries and an attitude. I recommend every guest go somewhere else since almost everyone has a bad attitude sadly

My grandfather loved Burger King breakfast. Coffee and Croissantwhich. I would come over to his house to have breakfast with hime and grandma every Saturday morning. He was laid to rest this morning. I woke up later than I wanted since we were in a time table. I called ahead and asked how soon they could have 10 Croissantwhiches. They told me to just drop by that it would be ready. So I drove over and they had it as I walked in. Thank you for making this breakfast with my family special. I won't forget it

They need to work on having the food hot. The times I've gone it's cold besides they always forget to add my cookies that they promote when I've gone through the drive window. When I get home and pull my food out of the bag, I tell my self where's my cookies again they forget but way to far to go back for them.
