I never really get Burger King, but I decided to come and give it a chance. I noticed the place was empty and not really a line at drive through. The cashier named Ashley, there weren’t any straws so I let her know and she gave me some straws and told me to put them in the straw holder… isn’t that her job? I also just only ordered a burger and waited for 30 minutes, when I went to confront them, they said they didn’t have it in the system but I showed them the receipt, I noticed everyone was just standing around and had forgotten about my order, didn’t look so busy so not sure how that happened.

Highly recommend BK on Shiloh. I have to say that this Shiloh location is the Best Burger King in Laredo ,Texas. We are always greeted with friendly service, a clean atmosphere and extremely delicious food. My kids and I have made it a family favorite spot. We really enjoy this family friendly restaurant.

Slowest drive through in Laredo. It feels like they’ve been in training mode since they opened. Bread is almost always cold. Only cause they’re literally a block away, do I occasionally stop by for fries but anything more than that you’re waiting 20 minutes for a cold burger.
Sucked. Usually does. This location always messes up the order. Got my kiddo the kids meal. The fries were cold and old. And the chicken nuggets were not fit for human consumption. Get good Burger King. Get good.
