They charged me $19 for 2 hamburgers on Wednesday, the cokes are big but the hamburgers are very small and they wanted to charge me because the mistake was mine, one of them

Don't waste you money on those coupons of false advertisement. I went and the manager was rude. I went to save money for my kids and due to the water boil she said she cant give me can sodas even though in other locations they are doin that. I told her why she lying about saying all locations don't provide the free drinks. She reassured me that she knows everyone in the locations and no one is accepting the coupon of the free drinks. My kids were thirsty from playing and she didnt give my kids their drink. Management said I was the liar. This was the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. She said to wait until the water boil ends to give the free drinks. Worst customer service. I will never go to this location ever. The best service I've had is on the one on saunders. Hope they do something about this management. No freaking manners. Oh.. but I waited n saw she did approve free drinks with other people coupons of meals. I should of went to Mcdonalds instead. If corporate gets ahold of this email me.

I ordered a meal for my pregnant daughter. $6.48 . I paid with quarters. One of the employees tells the person helping me that she can't accept more than $2.00 in quarters. The girl attending me had already taken the coins. I then tell that rude employee, " I don't see why you can't take quarters... it's money" she said it was general management. This same girl didn't want to give a customer a cup for water. Look I understand policies but if you want customers to know your policies then post it somewhere we can read them. Don't just RUDELY BLURT THEM OUT!!!!
It is a very uncrowded place, it took them a while to give us the food, but it is in a good location

Shouldn’t even receive not even a one star they deserve 0 stars. Customer service is trash and they prefer to gossip in the front than do their actual job. 5 people working and i waited 30 minutes for an order I didn’t get. Terrible service.
Waited for a refund because the manager was on “Break.” Again terrible service from all employees especially management.

Very rude drive thru cashier he has no consideration and never smiles or says anything polite I've come for almost 2 years now and it's getting harder each time because of cashiers like him the managers always yelling at him they should just fire him if he don't know how to have customer service also I've made complaints and asked to speak to the owner and they don't listen or just don't care never coming back

I went through drive-through and these guys do not understand English, Spanish German French or any other language when I repeated it three times to them. Are these guys awake or high?
