I found a 🪰 in my Whopper & the 🍔 were cold (maybe it was previously given 2 somebody else?) & the manager refused 2 reimburse the $ nor receive another 🍔 instead
Also the Burger King on San Bernardo was infested w/🐜 & 🪰 there were a few 🐜 on the dining table
I won't B coming 2 this location again

App Never Works
Idk why you all have apps and they never work
Managers never do nothing to redeem. Help nothing very Disappointed in Burger King Sanbernardo you all suck for real
They messed up my order. I specifically asked for a spicy wrap and four piece cheddar bites. On top of the fact that I asked for it fresh and they asked me for clarification they had me wait and when I got my food IT WAS COLD! THE CHICKEN WAS SOGGY and the CHEDDAR BITES WERE HARD AND COLD AS WELL! They literally asked me when I meant and they still messed up my order!
I asked for a refund so I could go get my order done right somewhere else.
TELL ME WHY they wait until the process the refund they THEN tell me it’s going to take up to five days for the money to be returned,,
So knowing that I made the STUPID DECISION TO SPEND MY MONEY AT BURGER KING I politely ask DALIA the MANAGER if I may have the cold food that I had left on their counter cause now I have to wait days for my next meal thanks to their MISTAKE! SHE LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID NO! Starts going back and forth with me about why would she give it to me for free to which I explain the inconvenience she caused by not properly explain the return policy after I tell her I spent my last dime on this meal and was expecting to get a refund and buying my food else where. I HAD ALREADY GIVEN THEM THE FOOD BACK AND SHE TREATED ME LIKE I JUST WANTED FREE FOOD! After telling her I spent my last she proceeds to ring up my order as if somethings about to happen then tells me the price. Like ARE YOU BEING FUNNY?! Seriously what did I miss??? HORRIBLE BURGER KING EXPERIENCE and ALL BECAUSE THEY COULDNT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! Thanks for ruining my Day GUYS. Please just pay better attention FROM THE START.

I'll start with i love Burger King. Unfortunately, this time not so much. May 1st, around midnight, I ordered my meal and an unsweetened ice tea with two Splenda in the drive-thru. The manager didn't hear me and ordered me a sweetened tea. (I'm diabetic) I spoke to the manager and she was great. Apologized and told the girl at the second window. I pulled up. The girl looked at me with a look, saying that I was rude and an inconvenience. She started filling a new cup with unsweetened, stopped, talked to her co-worker in Spanish (Laredo TX), then poured it out and gave me the regular sweetened drink. I'm pretty disappointed that she didn't care enough to give what I asked for and what the manager asked for. Artificial sweetener is different from sugar. Irresponsible of this young lady.

They charged me $19 for 2 hamburgers on Wednesday, the cokes are big but the hamburgers are very small and they wanted to charge me because the mistake was mine, one of them

Don't waste you money on those coupons of false advertisement. I went and the manager was rude. I went to save money for my kids and due to the water boil she said she cant give me can sodas even though in other locations they are doin that. I told her why she lying about saying all locations don't provide the free drinks. She reassured me that she knows everyone in the locations and no one is accepting the coupon of the free drinks. My kids were thirsty from playing and she didnt give my kids their drink. Management said I was the liar. This was the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. She said to wait until the water boil ends to give the free drinks. Worst customer service. I will never go to this location ever. The best service I've had is on the one on saunders. Hope they do something about this management. No freaking manners. Oh.. but I waited n saw she did approve free drinks with other people coupons of meals. I should of went to Mcdonalds instead. If corporate gets ahold of this email me.
