Everything is fine as always, but is it wrong that they don't let customers enter the bathroom even to wash their hands? According to the manager, why do they have the order boxes?
And they make those requests by closing the bathroom when it is definitely a source of infection!
If you need to go to the bathroom or wash your hands, better find another restaurant.

When I have a stopover on the bus, I stop by for breakfast, the service is attentive, they speak to you in Spanish and the very high percentage of customers are Spanish-speaking, the quality and temperature of the food has always been good. The problem in the morning is finding a free table, there is a customer bathroom on site

I have noticed when in towns close to the Mexican border, people actually sit down at the chairs and tables for their meal even at a fast food place, and it is a really nice atmosphere of people. That's how it is at this location, and it makes the restaurant extremely pleasant. The food was amazing, and the people who work here are very kind. I really like that it is located right where the buses leave outside.

I'm upset, my husband was going to the entrance when a boy closed the door, not allowing him to enter, just because my husband had a bag on the other side and wouldn't let him pass. I clarify, my husband was not going to allow the rude person and the manager still fought with me. husband saying that he would not allow him entry because he was not going to consume, he clarified that if he was going to buy it is a lack of respect towards the people who are going to consume ???? those who work there are some rude and poorly educated I hope that when I go they don't do the same because if I make more scandals it would be better for all the consumers to hear me, despotic and arrogant people
Placed an order for a burger and paid with a $10 then just asked if I can get ones when my change is $6.11. Was refused to be given ones without a reason at all even when I made a purchase. Thanks Catherine for the terrible service and the attitude

The staff, who are not at all friendly, serve you reluctantly, they are not at all empathetic, apart from that I was with my 2 year old baby and that was when I wanted to go to the bathroom and well they already have them closed and if I didn't show my ticket I couldn't get through, it's okay but there was a line and they don't serve quickly my child couldn't hold it and he was going to be in his pants I had never had a situation like this and especially because one brings children

Don't even stop at this location ugly and nasty ? ? The manager working Sunday 5pm needs to be shown some manners and respect that's no way for a manager to be acting she is to be the example and not rude closing the window hard and violent is not a good example the staff seems friendly and kind but the managers are always rude and disrespectful if you don't like your job it's time to find something else the manager yelling si te gusta si no vete ala verga my way or the highway like what is that horrible experience a little manners takes you long way she needs to be reevaluated

Overpriced. No refills. And for a place so busy, how the heck do you manage to serve cold, rock-hard hashbrowns that taste like the oil should have been changed days ago?
