Employees are always friendly and attentive. Shake machine is ALWAYS broken though. Food can be a little expensive without coupons or offers compared to its competitors but other than that always excellent experiences.

I really enjoy this Burger King. The staff is attentive and nice. The food is always fresh (in my case it has). I think my only complaint is that I always have to wait for my food, even when there isn't a lot of traffic. But I guess that's why my food is always fresh

I was running late, and in traffic. And was running out of time for their breakfast, had about 3 mins. Since I have a very picky eater at home, had to find a way since I was not going to make it. So I called BK by Del Mar and the young lady on the line remembered my frequent visits. She said, “don’t worry we’ll drop some fresh food for you. And see you in a few mins.” Great experience.

the rest of my food was great surprisingly but the new Po sundae they have was so disappointing. they gave me so little. The picture in the menu and at the store and on the app shows the ice cream cup filled all the way to the too, mine looked nothing like that and it was half empty. why skimp out so much like if its coming out of ur paycheck ?

The two times I have visited, they always give me the wrong order.Today the sandwich that was bacon, didn't come with bacon. And before leaving the premises I had to go to the drive thru a second time to order the drink.

BK used to be my favorite fastfood place to go until I switched to another resto. Their junior chicken sandwich was delicious to my taste back then. Today it tasted different, not anymore the sandwich I love ordering before. I also ordered the sundae and it is still a creamy delight.

This generation or whoever is hiring these ppl needs to cget them on CHECK BEFORE I ACTUALLY GO INSIDE AND COMPLAIN TO A MANAGER.Literally WORSE DOUBLE WHOPPER IVE HAD. ???????????
